I’d like to know if anyone has ever given a good rating that has had to make a claim?! Been with them for 6 years and always been easy to BUY or RENEW insurance. However, making a claim? That’s a difference story.
I currently have a £6700+ vet bill I paid at the beginning of December. Immediately made the claim via my vets. And only on 15th of this month (January) have I even had confirmation that they have received my claim and that it usually takes 4 weeks. BUT they are dealing with the large volume of claims, therefore it may take longer. I’m so concerned exactly how long it will take and being out of pocket for so long. I thought the whole point of insurance was because it isn’t money you have lying around and to assist when your pet needs veterinary care?
I’m baffled and I’ll be choosing more wisely if I ever get another dog, but sadly I’m stuck with them now.
