"Disppointing at a sad time"

I have had had a multi cat policy for years (probably spent in the region of £3000) and never had to make a claim. My cat was hit by a car and sadly put to sleep. While the claim has been processed in good time (albeit half the cost of the total vet bill), the deduction from the final pay out due to me "cancelling my policy" mid contract is disgusting. You are basically penalising me for my cat dying. Disgraceful and hurtful at this really sad time. I will be leaving with my two other cats at the end of this contract so I hope that "fee" was worth it.

Very bad service, took 11 weeks to respond to a claim to say it had been declined. This was a few days after having our cat put to sleep. No one knows what they are talking about and the wrong advice was given. I will be cancelling my other policies with them and going elsewhere. Have been with them for many years and this was the 1st claim I have made.
