DO NOT EVER USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE REST OF MY YEARS POLICY FEE AFTER MY CAT HAD TO BE EUTHANISED!! MY CLAIM WAS FOR £292.00, THEY DEDUCTED £79 EXCESS AND £172.80 FOR THE REST OF THE YEARS POLICY EVEN THOUGH MY CAT IS NO LONGER WITH ME! ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS AND DISGUSTED, I WILL BE WARNING EVERYONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS

I've never made a claim with them, yet the premium to renew for my two cats has almost doubled. They know that as the animals age fewer insurances provide cover and they take advantage of this by pushing prices higher and higher. It's honestly disgusting. And the excuse that "pets are more likely to get sick. Vet fees are increasing. Inflation
Bla bla bla" doesn't stand, I'm sorry. None of these account for almost 100% price increase, they're just bullying their loyal customers 🙄
