Put in a claim over 3 weeks ago and still awaiting the outcome. A previous was refused within a week as it was for below the access amount but as this new claim is a valid claim it seems to be taking a lot longer. Terrible communication and waiting time.

This is the most dishonest Company I have ever come across. They advertise payment in 10 days. When they were 28 days with us and still not paid they admitted errors and promised a quick payment. This never materialised after 3 attempts and now they have said it will be another week. They have admitted making 3 errors which is now with their Complaints Team. Not once have I felt they have cared for our situation. My recommendation would be to avoid Healthy Pets at all costs. Simply the worst Pet Insurance I have had in 40 years.
