Our third surprise trip with Pack Up & Go. We had an amazing, relaxing time. Every detail - hotels, restaurant reservations, activities booked, with time mixed in to relax and choose from recommended alternative choices. The Savannah Taste Experience Food Tour was a memorable highlight. Such a walkable town, great restaurants and fun sights. We will definitely have Pack Up & Go plan another trip for us!

Pack Up and Go gave me a beautiful relaxing long weekend in a sunny location that I would never have chosen for myself. There were plenty of suggestions for activities, but I had enough downtime to take everything in. My meal reservations were spot on! I will definitely use this service again!

Pack up and go paid attention to our needs regarding scheduling, and personal preferences about our destination. They reserved a fun activity for us to do, and recommended many local restaurants, shops, things to see and do. They were communicative in advance of the trip, and responsive when we had questions regarding the trip.

"Should have just planned our own trip"

I was so excited to book a surprise anniversary trip with Pack Up + Go, expecting a personalized and thoughtful experience. Unfortunately, our trip felt generic and lacked the attention to detail we had hoped for.

Many details were incorrect, like being told we had to pay for checked bags when we didn’t and being given a flight that arrived late in the day, even though an earlier direct flight was available (for the same price) Despite emphasizing relaxation and a good view, our hotel overlooked gas station construction, and the activities chosen didn’t match our interests. The hotel restaurant was closed for renovations, and our anniversary wasn’t acknowledged by the hotel or restaurants—something Pack Up + Go claims to arrange.

The activities chosen for us weren’t at all customized to what we picked in the pre-travel survey and the trip truly felt like it was planned for someone else.

Ultimately, we made the best of our trip, but it didn’t reflect the level of care Pack Up + Go advertises. I love the concept, but the execution fell short, and I wouldn’t book with them again considering I reached out to them expressing my concerns and was not met with any solution but instead just told hopefully they can meet my expectations next time.

We loved our trip to Boston! From start to finish, Pack Up + Go was wonderful to work with. Their communication was top notch! They gave us all the information we needed, and then some, and always replied to emails and questions quickly and professionally. The pre-planned activities and restaurant reservations took the stress of planning off of our plates and ensured we would have a great time! We also got to try things we otherwise wouldn’t have known about. I usually have FOMO (fear of missing out) when I travel, not this time! Thank you Pack Up + Go! We will be traveling with you again soon!

Oh, where to start?! This trip was fantastic! I would love to personally thank whomever planned our getaway. The things that were planned for us, like dinner reservations at a nondescript-looking, yet fabulous, restaurant and tickets for a food tour of the city, were exactly what we needed. We probably would have thought of doing those things, if recommended, but actually would have been too lazy. So having them pre-planned wad the best part.

They did all the work and absolutely nailed everything. 5 star B & B that we didn’t know existed, great restaurant choices and a ton of suggestions on where to go.

"Pack Up + Go for an exciting, stress-free vacation"

Pack Up + Go planned a fantastic trip for us. We said we wanted an adventure vacation where it was warm (75 or warmer). They sent us to Miami (neither of us had been before) and every day was a planned tour/excursion that was incredible from a cousine/art deco tour, kayaking through mangroves, exploring Vizcaya museums & Gardens, and ending with a helicopter tour of Miami and South beach. Hotel & Dinner reservations were made for every night we were there and the airplane and ExecuCar reservations were all taken care of. All we had to do was pack and show up. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We did call customer service one day to ask a question about one of our planned tours, and they answered right away and took care of us. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an exciting vacation planned for them. They take all the work out of it and it’s nothing but exciting and fun!!

From the surprise destination to the thoughtfully planned itinerary including fantastic tours and excellent dinner options - this was an absolutely spectacular experience in a City we never would have even had on our radar. Will 100% be doing this again!
