The guys at MR London were super-helpful. I had a fault with my MacBook that should have been covered by Apple's service plan, but wasn't. MR London would have charged me a sum that would have made buying a new MacBook a better option. However, MR London were sympathetic and helpfully suggested that I contact Apple customer care, argue my case with them and try to persuade them to make an exception. I took their advice, contacted Apple, argued my case -- and Apple did indeed make an exception. Result: I got my MacBook's fault repaired for nothing by MR London. Thank you, guys, for your suggestion!

"Verbal and physical abuse"
I am writing to you about what happened in MR Systems' Shoreditch store. I am managing director for a music company based in London.
I am a long-time customer of MR Systems, having worked with them for over for 5 years. My team and I have bought many computers from them and also used their techs, who always came through for us. I have also recommended them to numerous people, both friends, and professionals.
When I decided to order a new computer, I immediately reached out to them even though I now work in West London. I dealt with Naren who set up a time at the Shoreditch store to pick up the new laptop and then do a transfer from my old one.
When I arrived at the Shoreditch store, an older employee called Chris asked me what I was there for and I told him that I had an appointment and described what I needed. He said he did not know anything about an appointment and that all appointments are 20mins so I could not possibly have an appointment. I told him I was dealing with Naren and he asked me for my name. I gave him my first name. He then replied sarcastically, "We like to use last names here, it helps." After that, the conversation went downhill with Chris refusing to provide me with any service, dismissing my appointment even when I showed him the email from Naren confirming it, and then just telling me to call Naren myself. Then he found out that the computer wasn't actually at the store, it was in Islington. I asked him if he could organise for it to be sent it down and he refused because his driver was in Wimbledon - fair enough - but he made no effort to apologise or try to sort another option out. I told him I had done nothing wrong and that I was only at the store to pick up my new computer because Naren had told me to do so. He again replied dismissively, "Well, you better speak to Naren then." I told him that I had commuted to the Shoreditch store from 1 hour away and that I really needed to pick up the computer and he refused to help, call or try to do anything to sort out MR Systems' mistake. I told him he was being unprofessional and rude and I wanted his name so that I could let his bosses know what he had done. He then blew up and yelled at me, calling me a "f**ing pr**k" numerous times, and threatened to physically throw me out of the store. I stood my ground as my computer gear was still laid out on the counter and called Naren myself to sort out the mistake. Naren apologised for his mistake and we rescheduled for the next day.
I am so upset at what happened because it wasn't a case of two people not seeing eye to eye and getting into an argument – this can happen anytime, even between customers and staff – this was abusive behaviour from one of their staff. All I did was show up at Shoreditch to pick up my laptop and get the service I had been promised and instead what I got was a bully, a man who thought he could just dismiss every request from the get-go, and not help and be sarcastic and condescending, and in the end verbally abuse me and even threaten me with physical violence.
I believe that Chris’s behaviour is not only unprofessional but also abusive and noticing the way he spoke to other customers that day by default, dismissing them when they were only asking questions in a friendly way, makes me believe that this was not an isolated incident and will surely repeat itself until physical violence does actually break out.
PS. I went to the Islington store where the staff were so unhelpful, I asked for a refund. I emailed the company boss and contacted them via LinkedIn and no one replied or apologised.
Verdict: stay away. These guys are really mean.

I have found the Islington MR team very accommodating to my specific needs to replace my iPhone battery. I dealt with Finley, who was very helpful and went beyond his remit to help me. He took his time listening to my concern and did his best to help me, which was great. Thank you so much. He completed my service request within 2 hours and provided me with a text and email for collection, which was helpful. I also like to thank Anton at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this shop. I am a happy customer.

I brought my new computer in for service as the screen was damaged out of the blue. Everyone was really friendly and super efficient in handling the issue. The screen was replaced and computer fused in 2 days! Francisco was great and super helpful. Lovely experience.
