The connection isn't always reliable. It's nice to be able to take the phones with you wherever you go but sometimes the person can't hear you or vice versa. We have a robust internet connection but that hasn't seemed to help.

We are a small company and have non stop issues with Ring Central. I think the biggest problem we have is that we can't tell if a call was picked up by someone else in the call queue.

I am trying to reach our account executive to help maximize the system and every time we call we get somebody different. All we want to be able to do is talk to somebody that can address the changing of a phone number that we already own and then also setting up a meeting to maximize the capabilities of using RingCentral. We are already using Beetexting for additional text capability.

Whole implimentation for 100 person call center was horrid. No real QA setting up IVRs without checking. Unable to resolve basic issues. Took months of planning only to realize that very little had been done and our requests ignored or forgotten. Been paying for a year with less that 50% actually functional. Terrible

Continues to email after unsubscribing 3 different times.

Rarely have any issues at all with RC and always receive timely assistance with any questions or concerns i have.
