"Absolute rip off"

Absolute rip off. Won my €75 card with no indication that the card would depreciate in value every single month apart from tiny small print in the bottom of the back of the card. Disgusting that this occurred throughout Covid. Now only worth €15

I would have given it -5 but couldn't , have a gift card for 500 euro, can't register it trying to email no luck and on hold for 50 mins and then call ended , avoid customer service is a disgrace

Useless as they are now blocking to top likes of Revolut or Paypal.
They even block Trading websites as it would be THEIR money but it is NOT.
So basically they are blocking U to use YOUR money.
Avoid if you can !

ATTENTION! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
I registered my account in December 2021. Then I deposited 30 GBP and 30 EUR. After that I ordered 3 cards to my address in London. My order has not been completed yet although I made it more than a month ago.
I sent several emails to 3 email addresses. I just wanted to close my account and return my 30 GBP and 30 EUR. Nobody even read my emails and so my money was not returned. I also left several posts in Facebook but all they were deleted at once.
This service is a classical SCAM. They just steal the money of their customers and did nothing.

Our advice is never to use this company. It's a total con.
We were gifted £50 towards a meal. We registered the card, but due to Covid couldn't use it, so we contacted Open Table and asked their advice. After 4 weeks a new card arrived, but no-one explained the £2 monthly maintenance fee. Hence our balance is now £22. So our advice is don't gift this card. Do yourself a favour and send a cheque or gift cash!

Tried to log in once and now I can’t access my account. Have emailed serveral times over about 3 weeks no response. I mean the least you can do is email back a customer like
