I just have one choice for my tickets: ticket pass on your App. I’m not satisfied with this.

Good thing: tickets were 'held' for nearly 10 minutes whilst my account details had to be re-set (log-in details, password etc).
Slightly annoyingly though when I was placing the order from my account all this re-set stuff shouldn't have been necessary especially as all my other desktop computer saved passwords work fine. However I appreciate that it is all for my own security.

Great to be able to purchase a concert ticket without being humiliated by the likes of Ticketmaster or the other big agencies. Looking forward to another visit to this iconic venue.

Happy with Eventim app and locating my tickets on the App. Most of the events I attend are comedy events at the Hammersmith Apollo. My one big point about the Apollo is the shockingly bad/low level of drinks and snacks offered. The wine is AWFUL and the snacks paltry. If this rating were based of food and refreshments it would be a 1-star review.

Haven't been to the event yet, but honestly find it fustrating that the only option for tickets is in the Eventim uk app - not the other eventim app I have on my phone - making it another password that I have to remember, but most likely will forget before the event in july next year.
and it was £2,5 to get the tickets "delivered" to the app.
This is not an angry message or anything, but when you send me an email with a link and "please rate us" , I am gonna tell you my experience and feelings about it.

i paid for a the lounge pass upgrade for a priority entrance but we entered at the same time as the general admission...
we paid that extra to be able to be closer of the stage but due to this lack of organization we finally were at the back of the pit.
the queue organization was really bad, we were supposed to enter before de GA
