I contacted Keter customer services to arrange for a broken piston bracket for their out door storage box to be sent asap they agreed to send me a spare one they confirmed this within half an hour they kept me informed of the delivery date and i got it next day am so from making a telephone call to receipt of the spare part it was just 24 hours fantastic service well done
I might add I bought this from Costco and contacted them initially in July, their customer service is appalling
and thank you to Hila Heaps from KETER, she was great

I needed one hinge to replace one that had seized up on a 3-4 year old storage unit. After a couple of e-mails back and forth, Dana ordered a set of 4 replacement hinges for me even though Keter doesnât provide spares except under warranty. I much appreciate the help and customer service Dana provided.

I have a Keter Store It Out Max 1200L that I have had for approx. 10 years. A few days ago the lid latch broke (part WLDC) meaning the wind would open the lid. I contacted KETER with a request to purchase a spare for but was told they don't sell spares, only warranty replacement parts. This was a bit disappointing as the unit was still in fine fettle and has many years service left in it. However, I was asked for some information and photos, which I supplied. A day or so later Mylena Dmitriev came back to me informing me KETER had decided tossed me a replacement part, free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill! Well, I was blown away by this and can't thank Mylena and KETER enough for helping me out with this enquiry/part and helping me have many more years service from my KETER product. đ

I bought signature shed.Unfortunately one of the roof parts was damaged.l was really not happy about that but these thing do happen.l was sceptical because of negative reviews thinking l would have to wait ages.Having spoken to Evan and being reassured that they do have the part in stock.Then my issue was dealt with Mylena. Received my part one week later.Shed is now done.Happy that there were extra screws as l did drop a few.

I contacted keta regarding a broken latch on our outside storage cupboard, I delt with Anita Rose from customer services. She was very helpful and very understanding and professional and kept me informed about the replacement part, I can't praise her enough.

Ben al sinds 7 oktober herhaaldelijk aan het mailen voor reserveonderdelen welke nog onder de garantie vallen.
Na een vraag van Keter over welke onderdelen het ging en nadat ik de nummers doorgegeven heb, blijft het ondanks herhaaldelijk vragen nog steeds stil vanuit de klantenservice en heb ik. De onderdelen ook nog niet mogen ontvangen.
Hoop dat het toch nog snel opgelost gaat worden want tuindeur valt bijna uit elkaar.

Na nogmaals mailcontact zijn vandaag 20 november 2024 de reserve onderdelen geleverd. Top service en daarom nu 4 sterren đ
