DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY

Please I urge everyone to stay away and not sign any contract with Omni Capital Retail Finance ltd
I used them to finance a beauty treatment package via scam company Smooth You, Newway Beauty Concept, Newway Holding (all belonging to one person), the salon went into administration (all done on purpose) and now thousands of customers ale left to pay loans and get no treatments
Omni are not prepard to do a thing for us and only wants us to pay and threatens to report any missed payments.
It is shocking they did business with these scammers from Smooth you in the first place!!!!!!!!!

"Dishonest, rule breaking, no care for customer data"

Dishonest. Interest didn't accrue correctly on their system. They knew of a breach of data protection in December 2016/2017 and didn't notify their customers.

"PLEASE ALL REPORT TO FCA AND DONT JUST…"

PLEASE ALL REPORT TO FCA AND DONT JUST LEAVE REVIEWS!!! Involve the ombudsman aswell. They literally ruined my credit record when i have made all payments ontime and provided proof of this only for them to lie and say otherwise. I will have it corrected regardless and contact the ICO, they dont respond to emails or compalints and are very rude on the phone and threaten to cut you off unless you do what they want, which is bend over and take it. They are abosoloutely unprofessional and have caused me so much grief over their mistakes and outright lies. Avoid like the plague. But i urge everyone who has experince with them to report them and take them down of their pedestal and treating customers like dirt.

"Not good "

APPALLING. This company took an unauthorised payment out of my account after I had finalised paying off the item. It took a very long time to get the fund back despite many unanswered emails and numerous calls. The erroneous over payment made me go over my overdraft and I was charged £5 per day. I was promised months ago that this would be immediately refunded. It still had not been. No one responds to emails. The service is horrific. A bunch of crooks. I'm now having to go to the ombudsmen. AVOID

"Unbiased review following steps exactly as I should."

Although I see loads of negative reviews for this company, at first I was a little bit hectic in placing an order. I had applied for a finance loan from Ebuyer for a computer processor as I didn't had the money at the time. OmniCapital has been in contact with me at every step of the way with full updates and emails. After being approved I was able to repay in one go the full amount on my next pay cheque.

Although the service was on point and the customer support very helpful to repay the full amount in one go; I would suggest them to have an online portal to manage payments directly online rather than rely on direct debit. Which on some cases might fail to go through from a bank establishment. An online system for customers to manage their payments and be able to see account balance in a glance.

Overall very seamless experience. Will use again in the future.

"First payment went through fine the 2nd…"

First payment went through fine the 2nd is due next week but had a email from Omni Capital saying that the dd has been cancelled! Don’t know why. I haven’t asked for it to be cancelled. And I won’t be paying any late payment fees.

"Incorrect in arrears notification."

Easy to set up, but I’ve been told I’m 0.12 pence in arrears, despite paying by dd. No answer to the phone.

"Debit card declined"

When attempting to use the automated service to pay my debt off quicker using the debit card they hold on file, the payment was declined twice on two separate occasions. Also the hold times are ridiculous, waiting 20 minutes to speak to an agent!!

"Sent me a notice that I was 4p in…"

Sent me a notice that I was 4p in arrears. This is impossible as I pay by Direct Debit and the same amount goes out every month.

They never answer their phones (spent over an hour trying to get through one day). Don't answer emails. Worst customer experience ever.

had a letter sent to my stating i was in arrears which i found quite frightning as i pay by direct debit. All my payments had been met through my bank.I then spent 30 mins on the phone with no one answering so changed the phone option to 3 which is new business phone was answered in 5 seconds. The guy on the other end said he couldnt help me and transferred me for another 15 mins till i hung up.The debt was for 10 pence. mr e macdougall
