"Dublin pick-up after a delay"
It was an extremely busy bank weekend when my plane arrived late in Dublin. As with any rental company, my original reservation was gone, but the service agents were SO kind and understanding, despite the long line of people ahead of me who were tired and frustrated. They immediately offered me an alternative, and when so didn’t think I could drive it they immediately suggested I look around with other companies to see if I could find a solution. Unfortunately, everyone was out of cars and the bus wasn’t an option. When I came back a half hour later, they were STILL kind and accommodating, even though the line hadn’t changed. They were so happy to give me the remaining car, and were super encouraging as well! I cannot say enough nice things about the service agents - they absolutely saved the day for me.

"Mejoras para dejar auto y llaves "
La experiencia buena, mejoraría en lo siguiente:
Si tengo reserva ,la entrega auto más rápida sin hacer cola.
Entrega de un mapa en destino,para saber dónde dejar auto y llaves,para dejar auto y llaves iba a ciegas.
Mejorando ésto,que para mí es fundamental,todo OK.

"Picked Up at Dublin Airport"
All prearranged through a broker here in the US. Picked up the car at the Dublin Airport early in the morning greeted by a vey friendly and helpful customer service agent. Car was of adequate size for two persons with luggage, clean, and very reliable. Drop-off was made very easy with the QR code link for Google Maps directions.

"Stress free experience."
The agent at the rental counter was the best. We had endured plane delays and the pick up was at the end of a long journey from the US. The process of picking up the car was stress free, which made my day. The car was precisely as expected. The rental was trouble free, and the return process was smooth also.

Have been using Sixt quite often this year, and Dublin airport maybe 3-4 times.
Always been treated excellent.
Only remark I have is, more clear mark on priority desk.
You don´t want to pass the queue when people stand in line, if your aimed desk is not clearly for priority bookings.

"A mix of good and not-so-good experience"
A mix of good and not-so-good experience. We booked a car from Sixt and paid for the insurance via rentalcars.com for pick-up at the airport. When we collected the keys at the airport, we had to take another insurance from Sixt as they didn't recognize the policy from rentalcars.com. Then we were told to take all of our luggage (3 oversized bags and 4 handcarries) to a van parked nearby to another place about 5-8 min away. We were told that if we had booked directly from Sixt, we were able to collect the car from the airport. However, when returning the car, the process was very smooth. It was over than less than 30 seconds. Kudos to the service team at the collection point!
