We were lucky to be first in line at the Dublin airport, otherwise we would have had to wait a long, long time. I'd recommend at least 2 at the service counter and have all the paperwork done ahead so one can just pick up the keys as with other agencies.
Our only problem with the car was there was no backup camera and for foreigners in tight spaces, this would have been so helpful.
Dropoff was quick and easy - just need better airport service and checkin.

I'm not sure why ratings are low....we had a 5 star experience. The car was great. The pick up and drop off were quick and easy (different locations). Cost was very fair. I would rent from here again
