"Bad in store service"
I recently bought a Gretsch drumkit at their store in Ibbenbüren. The employee who 'helped' me was very rude and anti-social by saying he doesn't know anything, by arguing with his colleges about a price that wasn't filled in correctly, by giving me the feeling that I was a complete incapable person and giving a very nonprofessional attitude when he for example started smoking (the smoke went in our van) when we were packing the kit in the van. He just didn't help at all. And at last I didn't even want him to, anymore. I got the feeling that his colleges also thought he was being very difficult for no reason.
The worst service I ever had in that store. I wouldn't have bought anything if I didn't already know what to buy.

"IMPRESENTABLES"
!!!14 MESES¡¡¡ hace que les devolvi y que tienen en su poder, un banjo Gretsch, defectuoso que estaba en garantia. Me fue imposible ponerme en contacto con ellos aqui en España y solo me respondieron a e-mails enviados a la central en Alemania. No se hacen cargo ni de la reparacion ni de los costes del envio del instrumento 60€, aun estando en garantia.
Tengo una reclamacion ante el Centro Europeo del Consumidor, pero estas cosas van despacio...
