"Ewige Lieferzeit ohne Rückmeldung"

Mein Produkt sollte am Tag nach der Bestellung bei Musik Produktiv eintreffen und dann versendet werden. Jetzt warte ich schon über 2 Wochen darauf ohne jegliche Meldung des Unternehmens. Auch auf meine Nachfrage habe ich seit fast einer Woche keine Antwort. Kein Wunder, dass die Leute bei einem solchen "Service" lieber bei Amazon bestellen

Leider sehr lange Lieferfrist obwohl bei der Bestellung stand sofort verfügbar. Somit bekam unser Sohn sein Geburtstagsgeschenk nicht. Am Telefon war man immer sehr nett aber letztendlich haben wir dann storniert, da dann wohl doch immer wieder irgendwas fehlte um die Ware endlich zu versenden. Wenigstens gab es das Geld sehr schnell zurück

UPDATE 1:

The parcel has been found and is going back to MP.
Matthias from MP has been in contact with DHL and has given me the option to get my money back and if the bass returns i can buy the bass back (optional) he would throw in a little gift for compensation.
So at least i have gotten the right help now, now we wait for the bass to return.. hopefully intact.

POSTED BEFORE UPDATE 1: It all went wrong once i placed my order, where the kind person who took the order gave DHL the wrong address/postal code.
It went to the wrong address, they refused the package and it went back to the DHL sorting centre.
This is all 5 weeks ago and the package is still not at my address, or at Musik Produktiv's address.

I keep communicating with MP and to be fair they have answered me within a few hours every time, allthough they seem to have a lot of work to do because the answers are usually short and full of spelling errors.

I have now talked to three different people with three different stories. last week they requested a investigation at DHL to see where the lost package is.
This week i ask for a update, and now another person claims the package is coming back to MP and that i should have it next week.

So i will update this next week to see if this is true, i will also update regardless what the end result will be.. but for now im very unhappy with this situation.
It seems that no one is really willing to help, and it seems they are flooded with work, resulting in short anwsers where they barely look into the case at all.

btw, i have posted a positive review about 2 years ago where everything went fine, even had a free setup from the guys at the repair shop for a 8 string guitar i bought there.. so this is quite a dissapointment compared to my previous experience with them.
Let's see where this goes, but for now i feel helpless and i cant do anything else but wait, wait and wait.

"Viel zu lange Lieferfristen"

Telefonieren geht gut. Freundliche Auskunft. Wartezeiten und Infos über die Lieferung des Instruments sind viel zu lang und schlecht kommuniziert. Ich hätte insgesamt beinahe ein halbes Jahr gewartet... deshalb storniert und anderswo innert Wochenfrist beliefert worden.

"Probleme beim retournieren"

Für die Lieferung und den Preis gibt es 2 Sterne. Mehr kann ich leider nicht geben. Die Gitarre musste aufgrund von Mängeln retourniert werden und ich blieb auf den Rücksendekosten sitzen. Das man eine schriftliche Bestätigung für einen Mangel benötigt ist mir neu. So steht jetzt Aussage gegen Aussage und natürlich will das Unternehmen nicht die Kosten übernehmen. Ein weiteres Mal bestelle ich keine Gitarre bei diesem Unternehmen, da mir das Risiko leider zu hoch ist.

Gisteren voor het eerst een bezoek gebracht aan deze winkel.
Aardige verkopers en prachtige gitaren zowel akoestisch als elektrisch. Alles is te proberen zonder dat je raar of vreemd aangekeken wordt.
Kom er zeker nog eens terug!

"UPS, nie wieder!"

Ausser dass UPS als Versand benutzt wurde, gibt es nicht viel zu Bemängeln.
UPS hat es geschafft die 1. Lieferung zu verbocken, einfach am Hauseingang abgestellt obwohl das Paket eine Unterschrift erfordert hätte. Der Kundendienst hat jedoch umgehend eine neue Lieferung versandt. Ich habe Musik Produktiv angewiesen UPS zu bitten das Paket an einen Pickup Point zu senden, um den gleichen Lapsus zu vermeiden. Jedoch scheint das nicht geklappt zu haben, da das Paket wieder einfach im Hauseingang abgesetzt wurde. Ergo, Musik Produktiv ja gerne wieder, nur ohne UPS, das Mieseste an Parcel-Service das es gibt , wenn ich das mal so sagen darf!
