Yet another review along the lines of what I'm reading below.
I ordered a set of skis at the end of December, which have been lost by Evri (they'll be getting a review too). I have four times attempted to raise this with them, including two refund requests which they have cancelled both. There is not even any communication to say that it has been cancelled, or why. Just both times that the request has been cancelled. I specifically said in the requests if I am not going via the right approach, please explain what I need to do.
Of course, it is not Ekosport's fault (as far as I can see) that this order never arrived. However, all the evidence I have of them (and other reviews below) go to prove that once money has changed hands, they don't care one little bit about you anymore. Perhaps they'll respond to this review to tell us they do, but as is plain for all to see evedentially by their actions (rather inaction), they don't.
I've been forced into a Section 75 claim now on my card.
I'll look to be buying again next year - I think it goes without saying that I wont be using Ekosport, and I will be warding anyone else off I know who is in the market for winter sports equipment.

"What a terrible experience"
What a terrible experience. Don't be tempted by low prices because probbably you won't receive your order. I have bought from this site oakley googles which I needed for my ski holidays. My order have not arrived, and contact with ekosport was terrible, no reply to my emails. I have managed to find a phone number (which is not ontheir website) and after that they finally replied saying that they will open the case with courier company. I had no ski googles that I have ordered for my holidays and till today they have not solved the delivery issue.
Terrible experience. Do not order from them.

"Avoid like the plague"
Avoid like the plague. Similar experience to others. Ordered on the 9th of January, still not been dispatched, Evri just shows still awaiting parcel from sender. Numerous emails to them requesting a refund, all you get in reply is they will open an investigation or they are reopening the investigation with the highest priority. They have totally ignored my requests for a refund.
