£30 for postage and for returning the product? Crazy. I have had to send this product back as it was not the right size. Don't let the co.uk con you it is not a British company. To top it off Evri left the product outside my door when I wasn't even in!!! Someone could have stole it. Never using this website again.

I ordered some mountaineering axes and crampons with expected delivery of 5 days. I chased the delivery company for weeks and could not get a response on what was happening. Eventually after 4 weeks of waiting, I asked Ekosport to cancel the order. 3 days later the package was delivered. I have not opened the package and Ekosport are refusing to let me return the package. Terrible customer service.

Good selection and easy to navigate site. Fast delivery. Let down slightly by the returns process - Easy enough to return following the procedure outlined but I had to chase to get acknowledgement that the package had been received and to issue the refund despite Evri reporting package delivery 10 days earlier. Having said that, customer support was good and sorted the issue immediately following a quick email. Would buy more from Ekosport
