I have rung 4 times and emailed twice - always I'm told that if I try a different browser I will be able to print a returns label. Their address doesn't appear anywhere on the website so I am left with a faulty £275 jacket I can't return.

Do not buy from this company, no matter how good the price is.
they deliver the wrong product, then lie and tell you, that you have done it wrong, when you know you would clearly not. they then admit to system errors, but will not refund you or offer partial refund. the UK customer service team are a shambles, the worst customer service i have ever had. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! you will only end up dissapointed, frustrated, and out of pocket. This company needs shutting down.

I placed an order at the end of November for a Christmas present. I contacted them the day after I placed my order to change my payment method. I was told I had to email and they’d get back to me. I never received an email response and subsequently called both the UK office 13 times, largely speaking with ‘Will’ and the French office once within the last 2 months to try and get hold of ‘Remi’. Every time I called I was told I would be called back but never received a phone call back. I never received my item and bought elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received.

Placed an order in plenty of time for Christmas (13th December) for new skis for my two childrens christmas presents. The shipper returned the package to sender without any explanation; ekosport declined to contact me and I was left to chase up the order 3 times before they acknowledged a technical issue with the carrier. Despite asking for a redelivery in time for Christmas there has been a complete lack of communication, apology or even acknowledgment of the new delivery. As a result my kids won’t be getting their Christmas present this year thanks to this company’s ‘couldn’t care’ attitude. Thanks a lot.

I also was concerned about purchasing from Ekosport after seeing some reviews, but I had excellent service. My goods arrived very quickly, well packaged, item exactly what I expected & a fantastice price. I was updated by email as my order was processed & dispatched. I didn't need to use customer service or any returns procedure so can't comment there. I would certainly use this company again.

I have to say after reading the other review and trying to find reviews on other sites, i was a bit concerned about ordering, how wrong was I.
I placed an order 27th December and i received an email conformation, shortly followed by the parcel has been dispatched and i recieved my sons ski boots on the 30th December, Excellent ski boots for an excellent price, cant complain, transaction smooth no problems, quick postage especially over the xmas period. would def. use again.

following placing the order i received an e-mail to confirm my order and that the goods had been dispatched. this e-mail confirm that tracking of the delivery was not available at the time and I would get a further e-mail with tracking details, this never arrived. as I had not had my delivery for some time I chased ekosport who told me that they were unable to deliver my parcel as I had not provided a delivery address!! begs the question as to how could they process my order without a deliver address. as apparently they didn't have my address the item had been delivered to a local UPS collection point 11 miles away. i explained that they did have my address and requested that they deliver due to the distance i would have to travel to collect, I was told this was not possible. when i did go to collect the parcel it was badly packaged and was open due to the quality of the packaging. it also took the depot 20 minutes to find the box so all in all took me well over an hour to sort the whole thing out. i strongly suspect that I would never have never received my good or had any further communication had I not made contact! I would add that the package had my address on it so why the lie from ekosport regarding not having my address. overall i would say buyer beware, the website might look ok but my experience suggests that behind this they are not up to providing the service. I would make it clear that none of the communications I revived were rude but to suggest that i hadn't provided my address was an outright lie which I have a big problem with. the reason for the one star review is that by comparison to ekosports competitors they provide a one star service. absolutely no attempt was made to provide a good customer experience. I stupidly i didn't look at the previous review so lesson learned for the future!
