I was looking for a specific jacket and found it on ekosports website
Bought it and then looked at reviews thought I'd dropped a clanger
I recieved my jacket was kept in formed of delivery progress from France
And got it delivered very quickly
Will use ekosport again

Some great value stuff on here, particularly if you’re not fussed about current season versions. Got skis from here at a great price, delivered really fast - ordered Friday afternoon and they were delivered Wednesday, all the way from France. Slight confusion on my part on tracking number, but when queried they responded within 24 hours and were really helpful. Definitely recommended.

Ekosport customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. Quick to respond to my emails and more than happy to help with any of my many questions. They really did go above and beyond.

I needed a ski jacket for an early March trip so when I read the comments about delivery I was a bit concerned. Anyway I took the advice of one of the other reviewers and called the french customer service number to check stock firstly and then to confirm delivery. Patricia was a real help on customer service. I decided to take the more expense 2 day delivery option which cost £18.99 but guaranteed/ stress free delivery was important to me. Ordered the item 3pm Tuesday 18th Feb it arrived pm on Wednesday 19th Feb Brilliant service, could be I was just lucky but worth calling up if you have a short delivery timescale. Jacket is fab to.

Got few things from them- 3 times excellent service timely delivery super competive pricing. Fourth time parcel didn’t arrive and then it turned out they resent a new one but to my old address. When informed though they offered a much better product to compensate for time for same price and the third time it was delivered timely.

Way cheaper than anywhere else for my snowboard. It took 8 days to come from their shop near the french alps but that’s ok. I chose to ship with dpd and Ekosport provided me with a tracking number. All good, thanks ekosport

They made mistake with an order. I have sent it back, but they charged me for return shipment.

After reading some negative reviews on another Trustpilot page for the ekosport.fr website (which appears to be the same company) I was a bit worried about ordering. However, the price was significantly cheaper than elsewhere so went for it. Am so pleased I did, I received good email communication to let me know when the item had been sent and received details for tracking via DPD. Item arrived after 3 working days and is perfect. Great service!
