"Terrible customer service and false advertising, do not use"
I saw this company's headline prices and that it looks like a UK company... (It is not its in France.)
I paid and was hoping to receive my boots within 4-5 working days, however on checking 2 days later found my order had not been confirmed at all.
I then received a message to say the courier had changed from DPD to another I've never heard of and that delivery will be delayed. They still will not give a delivery date.
PLUS there will now be a £12 customs charge due to Brexit. This would of been avoided if sent as stated.
I looked into getting a refund through their website, however it is virtually impossible to navigate through their pages to make this happen.
I currently have a Paypal dispute with them, which is equally glacial in doing anything.
Avoid the pain, buy elsewhere AKA from UK.....

"So disappointed"
So disappointed. Ordered over 2 weeks ago with a guaranteed delivery time of 16th December. After emailing to ask where my skis are, we were told on 23rd that restrictions due to covid 19 (these restrictions were introduced far after 16th and should therefore have had no impact on the dispatch if not the arrival of the skis) were preventing the skis arriving (arguably irrelevant as they should have already arrived) and since then I have now been told I have to pay extra because of Brexit. This is ridiculous as the skis were ordered with delivery due more than 2 weeks before Brexit; Ekosport failing to fulfill the order in time should lead to them apologising and even offering compensation (2 weeks after supposed delivery they have not even been dispatched!), not in my paying any fees resulting from their lateness. So disappointed and hope Ekosport see this so they can explain their appalling service. (I will happily update this should their customer service team address the issue fairly as it has of course been a difficult time for businesses but for now I would rate them very poorly).

"Dreadful"
Dreadful! I ordered from them on the 14th of December paying for my package to be delivered before Christmas. That never happened. After trying to contact them via email and phone, with no success, I manage to contact DPD France. They told me that my package has been returned to the sender. No communication from Ekosport whatsoever. I now trying to cancel my order and get my money back. Shocking customer service. Do not buy from this company

"IF YOU LIVE IN UK DON'T USE THIS COMPANY"
Shockingly poor customer service. Purchased a present from this company. I found out today they wouldn't be delivering due to the problem with France and the border. I received no communication. I then called them when I saw that the delivery has been completed on DPD website. But it was back to Ekosport!!
I called to ask for a refund. I was told they cannot process today as they need at least 2 days to get the goods back into their system and cannot guarantee this will be done b4 Xmas. Then it will take 5 working days to get a refund. If they had wanted to they can see that the goods were returned to them on dpd site. They know the goods are going nowhere with border being shut. This was 110 pounds of goods. I feel they are unnecessarily holding onto people's money and taking advantage of the circumstances in France.
Do not deal with this company. Its only going to get worse come brexit time.
Person on phone was like a robot. Completely couldn't give a s££t aboun the money and the refund. The process is the process.
Unfortunately I'm not a process I'm a customer and expect to be treated so.
Would not recommend.
Update. I checked online account to see if goods were validated as back in their warehouse. Surprise surprise. They weren't. Chased them and got an email saying they have lots of returns to process and now cannot confirm when refund will be completed!!!
Do not use this company if you live in UK! Even though they have a UK website you are dealing with a French company with French legal jurisdiction. Luckily I paid by PayPal and will put in a claim thru them.

"Absolutely awful customer service"
Absolutely awful customer service! I place an order 9 days ago from them, have called every day since day 5 as the website stated the item would be delivered within 4days. Never got any answer on phone, sent three emails and it was only today I got an email saying sorry and the item would be leaving their warehouse today. That’s little good as it was a Christmas present hence ordering ‘express’ delivery and paying £10.00 with the courier. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, take your business elsewhere. Much smaller and bigger companies manage to offer a much better service and deliver.

"Scam company"
They don't answer over the phone nor email contact, on my account my purchase only appears as confirmed (which basically just says that they took my money).
If you call their number they just hang on you with a recording that says "all of our agents are currently busy try again later" I tried many times and always the same recording. Two weeks waiting and they haven't send me anything, sounds more like a scam. I paid for an expensive watch with the 3-4 days UPS delivery and never happened. I'm really annoyed with this "company".

First time using Ekosport but wont be my last. Item arrived in perfect condition in a fast time. Prices are very competitive and actually couldnt find a better deal on the shoes I bought anywhere else for black friday. Thanks again I will be using this website again in the future.

"Bad customer service - delivery issues"
Purchased a product on 21 November with DPD delivery 3-4 days. The item seemed to have been dispatched in two days. Ok. After that DPD does not progress the delivery and the product supposedly is still in France after more than 2 weeks. Took a whole week to get some response from Ekosport limited to say it has opened a case with DPD but weeks after that no more replies. Once it reaches 30 days of wait will be requesting chargeback from credit card. Will I buy again or recommend it? You guess...

"SAME DAY DISPATCH???"
The website said same day dispatch when i ordered them, The 3-4 day delivery to the UK they say, this ain't true at all. They blame the current climate? Far bigger and smaller companies have been doing just fine, don't use the lame excuse.
If you need it by christmas i wouldn't risk it. If my sizing is wrong then i wont have them ready in time for skiing in JAN.

I placed an order on 27th November during Black Friday and items arrived today (4th December). Will definitely use again, thank you Eko Sport
