Got an absolute bargain on a pair of merrell walking boots. Less than half price. Delivery was quick and I would use again.

"Fairly quick delivery but shocking refund process"

Fairly quick delivery and easy returns process. Product was perfect condition etc but just didn’t fit me. However this is where it started to go wrong. They received the return (ups told me) on 5th Feb but it took until 21st of feb for the money to be returned and I had to chase it up. This is not good enough! No excuses about having loads of packages returned. You obviously don’t employ enough staff for your returns process. In the time it took them to return my money, I managed to buy two more ski coats from ridestore, send one back and get a refund.

Having read some previous reviews I was slightly wary before buying from this site. However, they were the best value for money by far. The order arrived within 4 days, it was packed well and the items were excellent. Brilliant service.

I was a little worried after placing an order and then coming on here to see all the negative reports - especially when I then tried to log in and track my order and the website wouldn't let me.
However it all turned out fine and the item arrived OK. The postage charge was a bit punchy (£9 for something almost weightless) especially as it then took 5 business days to arrive.
But overall it was OK.

Ordered skis at a fantastic price compared to UK outlets. Was a bit dubious having read some negative reports but needn’t have worried ! Order placed on Sunday evening and the skis arrived from France by DPD on Thursday. Skis were exactly as advertised all set up with bindings and correct DIN settings and well packed for transport. Fantastic service from Ekosport and DPD, was kept informed of delivery status right from placing order to delivery. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews this is a genuine company with great service and very competitive prices. Will be using them again

"Item never arrived"

Item never arrived!
Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago, supposed DPD delivery, was informed when items were depatched (2 days after order placed) but never given a tracking number. To date have still not received my order and am currently going through PayPal to attempt to get my money back! Could not get any response through their customer service or message service. What a terrible company! Thank goodness I used PayPal and stand a fighting chance of getting my money back!

"Complete frauds"

Complete frauds. Order created but payment wasn’t authorised. Order shows as cancelled but credit card has been charged. Referred to “head office” but judging by the reviews that is a black hole to no where. Take your money else where.

"DONT BUY FROM THIS AWEFUL COMPANY GO TO A SHOP"

Still waiting for over £400 refund for skis and bindings that were returned after they delivered them rattling around in an oversized box. Binding parts missing and not able to be fitted to skis!
Promised a refund on the 6th March And I still don’t have it. They denied receiving the return and I had to prove they were signed for before they would consider a refund but no sign of that at all!!!
I THINK THIS IS THEFT

Ordered some skis for our 5 year old from ekosport on a Sunday night and they were delivered on the Wednesday. Considering they were coming from France I think that's very quick. Exactly as described and at a stonking price. Thank you.
