Have bought ski jackets x2 , Salopette’s x3 , goggles x2 and skis x3 pairs and lots of other stuff over the last 9-10 years always delivered on time perfectly packaged ( great competitive price) . Had one pair of Salopette’s arrived with damage ( obviously by courier ) returned and replaced no hassle. Great company to deal with.

"5 months for a refund!!"

One binding came off on day 3 of use of kids skis, repaired in resort then other binding came off second ski the following day, I believe they had been installed incorrectly but it has taken over 5 months of horrendous customer service for them to offer a refund on the skis alone and sent back the now useless binding.
Just don’t bother with them unless it is something you will never need to contact them about again
