"Salomon trainers were perfect"
Salomon trainers were perfect. My wife was over the moon with them. Order accepted and placed with ease. My only issue is that if you follow the tracking on Ekosport it shows everything has been completed and goods are the way. Log on then to the delivery company and they state that they have been notified of the delivery and are awaiting package. This went on for 4 days. After emailing Ekosport with the problem it’s suddenly on the way. Anyway, very happy with the purchase and in general with Ekosport. Probably just a glitch on my order.

The website is great to make a purchase as you feel your safe going to a .co.uk address however they are based in France so shipping becomes problematic if you make a return. You will need to pay for insurance for the return and if a refund is required it can take up to 6 months. They use Evri courier who do not have a good reputation. Customer service is poor, responses once a week if an issue. A BIG AVOID! Not worth it..

"These guys were amazing"
These guys were amazing. Firstly I made a mistake and ordered a jacket that was not warm enough for a February ski. They immediately cancelled the order without any fuss and were very nice about it. I could have ordered the jacket anywhere else after this, but wanted to give them my custom. They were really great at helping me to select the correct jacket for my son. It came in good time to the uk despite tight timings due to my initial error and it’s perfect for him. He’s thrilled with it and currently having a great time skiing. Thank you for great service! Definitely will be a return customer.

"Order not delivered"
Order not delivered and Ekosport refusing to send replacement or issue refund.
I ordered skis and bindings from Ekosport on 24th January. Despite advertising a 4-5 day delivery time I didn’t receive confirmation from the delivery company Evri that the skis had been shipped until 31st January. Ekosport were adamant that they shipped it before this (despite there being no tracking). It is now 12th February (19 days since ordering) and the skis have still not been delivered. Evri customer service have stated they cannot locate the parcel and have advised that Ekosport should send a replacement. Although I have forwarded this to Ekosport customer service they have refused to send a replacement (or issue a refund) and are insistent that the parcel might still be delivered. Although Ekosport customer service do respond to emails after a few days they have consistently refused to acknowledge issues with the delivery.
Unfortunately, whilst Ekosport continue to only use an unreliable delivery company like Evri and refuse to take responsibility when there are issues I cannot recommend that anyone should order from them.

"Do NOT order from these guys"
Do NOT order from these guys. Especially from the UK and remember they are not UK based - which I knew but I didn't expect the mess that followed. I ordered an item which turned out not to fit so I followed their return process. A month or so later I realised they still hadn't refunded me and there began a month worth of dialog where they acknowledged they had the item back and were about to process my refund. Excuse after excuse every time I chased. Oooh let me check with accounts again and again. I still don't have my refund. Seriously avoid them like the plague.
