I bought some snowboarding mitts which didn't last 4 days of light boarding before they wore through on the palm. While the customer support was initiually responsive and helpful all I ended up with was a response cut and pasted from the manufacturer blaming this on impropper use... well I used them on my hands for snowboarding. The mitts were simply not fit for purpose. I replied as such and they have now ignored this for a month!
