Please,please, please don’t use Ekosport until they get rid of the absolute shower of incompetent buffoons that deliver their goods. Yes I am talking about Evri.. I can say, hand on heart that ever time I have had anything to do with Evri they have let me down. On this occasion I thought that I would buy some skis for £500 from Ekosport. They despatched them straight away only to be lost or stolen by Evri.. now getting hold of Evri is just the worst experience I have ever had. They don’t offer any real way of getting hold of them and will reply in maybe 2 weeks if you are lucky. Then there is the argument of who is responsible before you get a refund for the £500 worth of goods that Evri have lost!! Come on, how can you loose a set of Skis. They are not exactly small.. 3 weeks after they said they had been despatched and still nothing!!
Ekosport, please get a grip of this company that are doing you an disservice and get a proper delivery company.. Evri.. you suck..
