"Ekosport purchase of Millet Pueterey Rucksack."

Ekosport were the only company i could find that sell the Millet Pueterey Integrale rucksack. They delivered my new rucksack in a timely manner with good email communication throughout the delivery process.

The skis are superb. Wife tried a pair of these in Canada and wanted a set for her birthday, so I got to buy them - yay! Ekosport had the best price I could find by a large margin. I was tempted to drop a star because they use Evri (Hermes) for delivery in the UK - it took them nearly 2 weeks to bother delivering the skis from the local depot and only after I had repeatedly raised cases with them. Heartily recommend Ekosport, but if you get a chance, don't use Evri for delivery...

Ordered skis on 10th December 2023 and still not delivered on 15th January 2024. The company uses Evri who cannot deliver large packages.

Do not order from here.

Ordered skis on 24/11/2023. It’s 12/01/2024 and they still haven’t arrived. After initial accusations that I hadn’t accepted the parcel, they looked into it and they now admit they’d passed a wrong delivery address to Evri, with the result being Evri held the package for a month and have now sent it back to Ekosport somewhere in France. It’s apparently being resent out to me but I haven’t yet heard anything.

Only redeeming star given as they are at least replying when I email them, but they’ve messed this one up bad for me and I’ll not be ordering from them again. Good prices but what’s the point if you miss half the ski season waiting for the products to arrive?

"Returns policy not as advertised"

Well, the ice axes I ordered as a present arrived on time great. Then it turned out my son's girlfriend has also bought them, so I wanted to return. They advertise 60 day return, but when I attempted this, the message was item not eligible for return. No explanation provided. Turns out that that in the returns policy, there is a long list of stuff that you cannot return, including ice axes. I can't see what justification there is for this, but given that Ekosport are not based in the UK, I can't see me getting anywhere with this. Might as well try my luck on eBay.
