Great experience with Ekosport. My atomic skis came in great condition, and love them! My item was delivered within a week of ordering, but sadly arrived the day after I left for my ski holiday, not because of Ekosport, but due to the VERY poor delivery company, Evri. I would recommend that Ekosport use a courier like DPD for UK deliveries. I would 100% us the company again, and undoubtedly will be buying more skis from them soon! Good customer service too!

I received a pair of boots that were too small and requested a return. I downloaded the label and went to my local EVRI shop to return it. The label was corrupt so requested a courier collection. I received another label and the same thing happened again. I contacted your staff who said there was nothing wrong with the labels. The courier said the label was corrupt and advised me to send it myself. This cost me £12.99 on top of the returns charge I paid you. I complained again and no-one from your customer service team has replied to me. I still don't know if you have received the parcel and didn't get acknowledgement from you re my refund. Generally very unhappy and looking for you to help resolve this.

I placed an order, didn't receive a confirmation email the order is shown as complete on their website but the courier service have not received it! impossible to contact them, contact form doesn't work and the phone number isn't answered so looks like I'm £150 down! avoid this scam of a company

A good reduction on the price of this goggle set. A very good point is that the price you see is the price you pay (apart from shipping) so no messing with customs duties and taxes when importing in the UK
