Great products good price delivery a bit slow however coming from France could be a bit better when received the delivery mail notification came within a couple of day's worth the wait as price hard to beat

Order went missing in December for some boots. Charged 10 for Evri delivery which is awful, I later found out this company or not based in the UK hence the delivery charge and the misleading website.

Despite Evri admitting the lost the parcel, Ekosport are still yet to give me a refund. 6 Weeks on and im still out of pocket.

This has to be the worse return/claims process I have seen. Please read other reviews before purchasing.

Absolutely terrible company - do not order anything from them. They don't have a complaints procedure and refer you to a mediator in Paris if you want to make a complaint.

They sent me faulty poles. I needed them for a race so I told them I would be buying a replacement and would like a refund. I returned the poles and it took them months to process the return only for them to say they would not be offering a refund but the repaired poles months after the event when I've already bought another pair of poles.
