I was after the Casio PRW-35 watch for a while and unfortunately Casio decided not to release this watch in the UK. So when I saw this advertised on ekosport with delivery offered to the UK, I was skeptical about customs duty and the fact that I'd never used this website. Well Ekosport put my mind to rest. Firstly their customer services team answered all my questions before I made a purchase and reassured me that the price included any duty etc. Then when I placed the order, the ordered arrived at my doorstep well packed, on time and in very good condition. So I am very pleased to recommend this website to anyone wanting to buy from them. And I'll definitely be using them again.

Wrong size of trainers sent to me and they refuse to exchange them and are saying they can only offer a refund, but I have to pay for the return postage, which has already cost me £14 for them to be delivered to the UK. Terrible customer service, awful website. I RECOMMEND SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Still waiting for item! It’s now day 36! Contact from customer service is awful. They don’t reply to emails, only about once a week, they are closed at weekends! I have not heard from them for four days now! They don’t care about their customers and whether they receive their items or not, they are just happy they have your money!
I tried to leave a review on their website and it was deleted as they said it wasn’t acceptable to go on their website, seems like they delete bad reviews but keep the good or fake ones!
Another week gone and still no contact! This website needs investigating or shut down! Something isn’t right!
Update still no contact since 14th November and it’s now 20th.
Ekosport could you please reply to my emails, I haven’t heard from you since 14th November, it’s now 24th. You said it may take up to 30 days for the investigation to find out what happened to my parcel, it’s been over 30 days now! PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS!
