"Skis not delivered"

Ordered a pair of skis. The skis were 'delivered'- but not to my address!! From the delivery photo it looks like the skis were left in what looks like communal hallway that may (or may not) have been in my building.

On Ekosport website, it states that their delivery courier will attempt to deliver a parcel 3 times, and that a signature is required for delivery. Obviously, none of this happened with my delivery.

I notified Ekosport of this in September, and they opened an investigation on 4th October. It is now 8th November, and I have had no further information or updates from Ekosport.

I am appalled at the lack of customer service and the very poor delivery processes and systems that this company have in place.

Ordered a pair off skis and received a confirmation email, however, since placing the order I have not received any details about delivery. Tried to them via their website and email, but no response. Phone number on their website does not work (at least from the UK). Based my experience to date, I would not use this company again, and I'm concerned if I will ever see the skis I have ordered! Not good at all.

Their website is fine when you want to make a straight purchase. If you have made a return or want to use a credit, it appears the site is deliberately glitchy and problematic when trying to make a purchase using the credit. Customer service is poor and no communication despite trying many times. Despite a .co.uk address it is not a UK company. Would not recommend. Avoid.

That's £160 down the toilet.

"Terrible Experience - No item sent and no contact."

Ordered a Columbia Parka Jacket, which I received a confirmation email for. Since then I have received nothing else. No email confirming item is with courier, no email confirming item has been dispatched, no email confirming a tracking number and most importantly no item.

I have contacted Eko Sport both via the "Contact Us" option on their website and via email and have had no response. Avoid this company at all costs.

"I paid £163.00 for a pair of hiking…"

I paid £163.00 for a pair of hiking boots in June 2023, but the second boot leaked. I did not discover this until September when I used them in the wet. I contacted them and was told I had to fill out a form with the manufacturer. I filled out the form and have not heard back. It is now raining a lot in the UK and I am stuck with a leaking pair of SALEWA boots. Gutted.
