I ordered some trainers and there was no mention that the sizing wasn’t uk sizing.the website was .co.uk which is a uk website. I ordered a size 11 and the came a 10.5. I want to return the trainers for a size 11 but you’re expecting me to pay £15 postage and I won’t get my original £15 postage back. So to get the trainers I want I’ll be paying £45 postage.

It’s not clear on your website that it’s not uk sizes. It should say which sizing it is.

This isn’t my fault I should get the trainers I want replaced for free as it’s an advertising issue.

I will never buy from EKOSPORT again. I ordered two items from Ekosport which did not arrive. They blamed EVRi for the loss and I'm still waiting for a refund one month later. Ekosport Customer Service are useless and rude.
Tracking info shows EVRi did not even receive the items from Ekosport.
