This company simply refused to provide a refund when I return a oversized jacket

Ordered a week ago evri still don't have the parcel would of been quicker to stick it in one of the rubber boats with the immigrants

This is the first time i have used Ekosport and would do so again without hesitation. Nerves kick in when ordering items from a new seller. "Am i going to get what i ordered?" I needn't have worried. I was kept updated every step of the way by both Ekosport and the delivery firm EVRi. The goods arrived today and in perfect condition. I will be using again in the future when more footwear is needed.

Shocking customer service avoid at all costs.

Ordered ski boots which were lost by Evri, they admitted this around a week after the parcel should have arrived. It then took two weeks for ekosport to investigate. In this time ekosport didn't speak interally to their transportation team. I'm still waiting for them to come back to me nearly another week later. I should have had a refund weeks ago. I tried to leave this review on their website and it was deleted by their own moderators!

I was travelling overseas, i put the order in last minute, I emailed them to let them know, and they managed to deliver 1 day early so I had the delivery on time for my departure

Great price, even with the delivery cost, my North Face Lightning Pants were still considerably cheaper than UK retailers. Really quick delivery - I was amazed when they arrived in such a short time - and the trousers arrived just as described and as expected. Brilliant online experience from end to end, which I will use again.
