"Returned a fault item"

Returned a fault item, took a month for their return method to be delivered and a further month later and still no info from them. Despite telling me they received the item a month ago they're now saying they haven't received it. Completely incompetent and not worth it!

I ordered x3 Patagonia shirts at a bargain discounted price, and then used the 10% off code,so cheaper still than anywhere else. I was a bit wary of Evri being the courier company, especially when ordering from outside the UK but I was really impressed with every aspect of the service I received. Plenty of update emails from both Ekosport and Evri. My order arrived yesterday afternoon, to Lancashire UK, 4 days after placing the order, so excellent, fast delivery. Love the shirts and would highly recommend Ekosport. A+++++ :-)

"Fast delivery and great customer service"

I ignored the negative reviews and ordered some Hoka shoes from Ekosport, a pair that had been out of stock on the actual Hoka site for quite some time! And I'm so glad I did! Not only were they cheaper on this site, but they were delivered within 5 days. Had to get in touch with customer service as Evri hadn't updated in a couple days, but they responded within a few hours and was delivered soon after that! Thank you so much, really pleased!

Pedí unas zapatillas,me mandaron tres números mayores del que yo había pedido,llame al teléfono que indican en atención al cliente dentro del horario que indican,sale un contestador diciendo siempre que está cerrado, que les escribas. Les escribo solicitando el reembolso y me mandan correo automático que me dice que ya se pondrán en contacto conmigo...pero nada más...van 2 días..

"Me siento estafado"

Me siento estafado. Hago un pedido para recibirlo en 48h. No recibo nada en una semana. La mensajería pierde el paquete y me dice EKOSPORT que tengo que esperar hasta 30 días para que me devuelvan mi dinero. Una autentica Estafa. Encima mienten con un número de atención telefónica y un horario que NO FUNCIONA. La atención al cliente por email es de prepotencia total y cero empatía. Sin duda la peor empresa online en la que podrías confiar para hacer un pedido. Sería como tirar tu dinero. No entiendo porque tienen que quedarse mi dinero 30 días si no son capaces de enviarme un pedido, no volveré a pedir aquí y mucho menos a recomendarla.

Placed my order on Friday 12th May and received notification the same day that it had been dispatched. Received nothing further other than from Evri that they were awaiting arrival of my order. On Friday 19th i emailed Ekosport just to check that it had been dispatched and received confirmation within 24hrs that it had. On Saturday 20th Evri received my parcel and it was delivered to me the same day! This process couldn't have been more seemless and smooth. I guess I panicked when i saw some of the bad reviews but I should have been more patient. I needn't have worried Ekosport were great!
