Speedy communication when I requested confirmation and an update on the order. Also reassured when it would arrive. Delivery was a bit expensive, but that's more down to Evri than Ekosport.
Great deal on the shoes and delivered in good quality. Would recommend.

Ordered a NorthFace McMurdo jacket, very reasonably priced on 3rd Jan. Was concerned when the Evri delivery tracking website was still awaiting my order on the 5th and checking the Trust Pilot site found it had a 'poor' rating and some bad reviews, but my jacket turned up today (7th Jan), so I'm very pleased with the service and quality of the item.

Easy ordering, decent delivery time, good comms from Evri courier and the best price on internet. My Cairn Centaure helmet is a great product with free scarf thrown in. Will use again.

Despite all the negative reviews, I took the risk and ordered a snowboard. Absolutely no problems whatsoever, it arrived to the UK after just 5 days. Great price, great service.

I had purchase a ski jacket on the 14th of December, and lo and behold coming up to 3 weeks later it has yet to arrive!

I have asked for a refund multiple times over and they are still avoiding my request, stay away from this company they’re as incompetent as their selected carrier!!!

"Fusalp Ski Jumper"

Despite being slightly apprehensive to place an order after reading reviews of cancellations and/or absent deliveries, my experience has been fantastic. Placed an order on the 26th of December and it arrived on the 3rd of January. Dispatched via Evri with tracking information provided. The jumper was 30% cheaper than the Fusalp website and arrived carefully packaged. All round a good experience.

Large order for skis, boots, helmets etc. for the whole family - really competitive pricing. Whole process went smoothly for me receiving all the items, all configured correctly, within a week. Good communication via email as to order status. No issues with extra customs charges or the like.

Similar scenario to other recent reviews. Purchased a top 2 weeks before Christmas as a gift for a ski holiday and it has not arrived. Absolutely no customer service to explain what is actually going on other than the same email over and over blaming the courier (who hasn’t even received the parcel). I now suspect this might be a scamming website as I’ve received no reply from the last 2 emails demanding a refund.

Disappointing Service
Still haven’t received it despite ordering on the 5th of December, numerous emails and reply has been ‘they are consulting courier’. It was bought for a Christmas present for a ski holiday between Christmas and New year……. Very disappointing. Supplier should of sent a replacement when I first contacted them !!

"Avoid"

Bought an expensive coat from this retailer. They never dispatched the item, blaming it on the courier company and refusing to give me a refund. I am in the process of claiming back from my credit card company.
