"truly terrible everything"

truly terrible everything. insane saga with them and their delivery partner upon an attempted return of a faulty item. they still haven’t picked it up. they don’t allow for drop off. nor will provide other ways of sending the item back. ridiculous. i’ve requested a refund from my credit card company on the basis that this is fraud.

"A good experience with Ekosport (silent majority?)"

I was worried with all the negative comments, but everything went smoothly.
Note that delivery website of Evri is not updating very quickly, but when I wrote to the customers service of Ekosport they answered straight away, and I did indeed receive the package in time.

"Awful customer service - agent jus laughed when goods failed to arrive"

Awful customer service. Goods did not arrive, tracking showed that they were held at a courier company.
10 days went by - I contacted them directly. I was told to wait 14 days and then apply for a refund who is outside their 30 day limit to return.

Asked for refund. They refused. The agent just laughed at me,

"Absolutely amazing experience"

Absolutely amazing experience. Ordered new ski helmet on Monday, arrived via Evri on Friday! No issues at customs, nothing. Tracked it via Ekosport account, then Evri. Can't fault it. I know some people have had varying experience, but no issues for me.

"No complaints from me"

Having seen some of the reviews and then finding out they use Evri to deliver, I was frankly a bit worried soon after placing my order, however, I ordered my coat on 24th Jan and it was duly delivered as described on the 27th Jan, so all good .

"Avoid this company at all cost"

Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered a pair of expensive skis from them which the website claimed would be delivered in 4-5 days. 2 weeks later and they haven’t arrived. The tracking details they have given me don’t work and they haven’t issued a refund, sent a replacement or even apologised.

"Terrible, don't buy from them"

It's a terrible store with zero respect and care for their customers. They also cannot solve even the simplest problems and blame you.

I ordered a snowboard and bindings from them for around £400. Paid £25 for the delivery and have never received my parcel.

Somehow either Ekosport staff or their system ignored the fact that my delivery address is different from the billing address. They used the billing address to send my parcel to it. But I don't have access to this address, which I told them about as soon as I saw it on the email.

Even in my profile on their site there's 2 distinct addresses. Yet they refuse to admit the mistake saying they'd sent the parcel to the address I provided. But let's assume it was my mistake. Your customer service is to basically say freak off dear customer, thank you?

Anyways, I contacted them multiple times requesting to change the address. They said they did send the recommendations to Evri (another terrible service) refusing to do anything else. Evri couldn't get their address update, or they disregarded it, or it was never properly sent. Whichever, I couldn't contact either of parties and never received my order.

Now my £425 have been frozen for more than 3 weeks among these incompetent companies and I am not sure when I am getting them back. Not to mention the snowboard I expected in the beginning of January.

The parcel wasn't delivered, and now it's being sent back. The store doesn't respond to my refund claims. The only thing I hope for now is a full refund ASAP.

But even that is doubtful given how good they are at solving simple problems.

To conclude the story, today I received an email from them saying "Thank you for shopping with us!" and asking for a Trustpilot review. So here you go, Ekosport, that's your well deserved review.

"I never leave reviews, but felt I had too"

I never leave reviews for anything, but felt it would help someone out on this occasion having seen other reviews. Purchased some 686 bib pants at 30% off on the 11th Jan (Wednesday). Eko said dispatched pretty swiftly but Evri did not update for a few days. Email saying Evri received them on the 16th Jan - they were delivered today (17th Jan). Delivered in 4 working days, can’t complain at all.

"great experience, will buy again"

I was a bit concerned reading previous reviews but decided to order anyway. Haven’t regretted it. Wonderful product, great price. Arrived within a week (even got a message saying it would take 72 hours extra because it had to be picked and packed at a store). The ski trousers I bought at £180 pounds were delivered with all taxes paid for. I would definitely order again.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS, ORDERED A SKI HEKLMET MID DECEMBER AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING OUT OF STOCK. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND. I WOULD ORDER IN THE UK
