"Ordered from Waitrose and tracking was…"

Ordered from Waitrose and tracking was through Whistl, but they weren't the carrier Yodel were. Yodel delivered the article to the door step and disappeared leaving it in the front porch. Said left in a safe place, rubbish in ful;l view of the road and 4ft from the pavement. I tried the Whistl tracking number and it worked on Yodel and both sending me emails. Pretty confusing who do Waitrose contract with? If anything goes missing who do or Waitrose get in touch with

"Package contents stolen"

Purchased from Amazon 3rd party seller who used Whistl passed on to Hermes. Enough said on that score!
Saw courier at mailbox but by the time I got to door he was wheel spinning in reverse and off like a bat out of hell.
Inside mailbox was an EMPTY flat grey plastic envelope with the end neatly cut, not torn. Of course it was empty.
Raised with Amazon, seller and Whistl and am attempting to identify Hermes courier who is local man. Once I have all of the information it's being reported to local police as theft and I intend to make sure it's resolved by becoming such a nuisance to them all they'll be glad to get me off their backs.

"do not post or work with whistl. terrible company. unethical"

PLEASE TAKE THE ADVISE AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY. they pay as close to minimum wage as they can, they work you like dogs, they don't care about staff at all. they have made 2000 people redundant in 2015, 2017 they closed two depots and made staff redundant again circa 150 people. now they are closing another two depots with redundancy expected to be 150 people again.

staff don't matter to whistl, only ever about money. no job security. never going to pay fairly for hard work.

they are now moving to bedford area. please do not support this company by working for them. they are shameful and do not deserve good people. they were still recruiting 3 months before this last redundancy as they don't care about kicking people out at short notice. there redundancy period is not even 3 months. thats because the staff turnover is so bad that they will only have to pay a few people to stay at home as the rest can be made redundant within 2 months, why they do this, to save money.

i would recommend literally any company over Whistl.

regarding the actual service, well slow, insecure, thefts happen a lot. items are regularly damaged and destroyed without customers permission. quality levels are falsified by booking items in on different days or scanning the bags a day or two later than the day of arrival.
they process through Hermes and Yodel as they cant do it themselves. we all know the reputation of Hermes and Yodel and its shocking. but whistl is worse.

Never delivered the product I ordered through amazon and these muppets were the service that the company used to deliver, I never received the item I ordered. Useless company

"Absolutely shocking service"

Absolutely shocking service, Tracking says delivered to a safe place . No ticket advising where or which safe place, neighbours don't have it, tracking suggests it was delivered at 20.20 yesterday, What nonsense as we were sat in all night. Steer well clear of this lot totally untrustworthy.

"Worst tracking service ever . As good as not tracking"

Bought a wedding gift from the seller whom shipped it via Whistl. Ordered it with tracking service which simply stop tracking from dec 12 when the seller sent it in. Had to figure out for ages where the support and live chat was and they told me will update in 1-2 days which totally didn’t happen. The tracking service updated again but basically left off my parcel on dec 17, 2018, 5 days ago and no further status. Such a hopeless service. Now I’m attending a wedding with no gift and still no signs of a parcel!

"Very disappointing performance"

Very disappointing performance. Bought item online on 13th Dec. Supplier reported dispatch on 14th Dec. No action from Whistl until 20th Dec when they said it was in transit. On 22nd Dec Whistl said it had been handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. I am still waiting. Luckily it is not an important item required by Christmas.
Compared to other delivery services Whistl are by far the poorest in my experience.

They're customer support is trash, you ask for help, they ask for all the information that exists about you, and then you will be told to contact a different company, even tho its about my package.
