Do not use co-op in pound hill Crawley. They spend more time on Deliveroo orders than addressing you. No one was in there to pick up yet i was stood there waiting to be served. When I questioned him he told me to wait. Walking customers are second class!shame on you

I ordered £91 pounds worth of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks through Coop's Quickshop- the South Woodford East London branch is the supplier, and was given the wrong order (6 bottles of Evian water and a few bags of snacks). I contacted the branch only to be told they have no record of my order. Customer Services was great and stopped payment being taken from my card.

Whenever you go on line or in store they never have anything. Vegetables empty on a Thurs can't get basic items. They are far more expensive than others as well. Don't think you can pop in for something they won't have it

Update on my previous (dreadful) experience of the Kings Road, Chelmsford. It couldn't get any worse could it ? Trust me, it has. Next to nothing on the shelves. Gormless, half-witted staff (who wouldn't want to help you, even if they had the brains to.)
I'd love to see that store closed. The franchisee bankrupt and the troglodyte staff shipped off to the Job Centre, then the scrapheap.

The co op is charging £4.10 for a regular Heinz ketchup. And £2.85 for 4 buns. This is extortion to the max. Shamefully the place their stores in strategic locations. I.e in small built-up areas of which the majority of residents are elderly. Something must change.

Just don’t bother. You get the membership, you download the app, you apply their coupons, the till ignores them, the staff don’t know how to fix it.

Misleading brand and offers. Every time I go to the coop there is an issue. The products are overpriced generally. However they do have special offers that are with buying. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before leaving the store as on many occasions the discounts do not apply.

Membership is also misleading as member discounts don’t apply if you have the wrong colour card.

Staff are unhelpful and unfriendly.

Only use shop now if desperate.
