Coop newmills. What can I say. Try buying block lurpak Butter . Never in store. Nothing changes in there. Lots of products missing. Extremely expensive to shop in there. Club card not worth having as offers are hard to find. Very hard.. would love Morrisons to buy them out and show them how it's done.

IN STORE CARD READERS NOT WORKING-apparently never have!
Evri facility is ok if you buy the label online and just take the QR code to the shop. I tried to buy a label from both of our local Co-ops today. The machines let you enter all the details, where to, where from etc but then the card readers do not work so the transaction gets cancelled. The staff are aware but don't seem to think it matters. A little out of order sign was suggested.

I selected items online from previously ordered list - somehow an extra item that I have never ordered was added and delivered at a cost of 2.65
I rang customer service and was told that the fault was mine because I didnt check before paying and I must have ordered by mistake
Since it wasn't on my previous orders how could I have picked it by mistake

Unfortunate enough to have used for deliveries,send out the worst dates every order with fresh food,same day,one day or out of date.its disgusting to take advantage of customers/disabled persons like this.This needs to be stopped from happening. Reporting to FSA.

First time using my card I was told it wasn't valid because it was a Southern Co op.

I think your publicity should make this clear.
Otherwise it's false advertising.

Don't bother getting a loyalty card—it's hit and miss whether offers work, and only some staff are sufficiently trained to fix things. It's proving impossible to close my account with a user very unfriendly website, and an app that is even worse.

They charge for a membership card which is wrong given you're already donating to their chosen charity with every item you buy.

Also they rejected my job application claiming "I am clearly not confident enough and have too many low self esteem issues" based on my online tests.....which is a lie.

Well i wouldn t even give this shoddy buisness 1 star, if i could help it. Never deliver on time! Never let you know if items are going to be deliverd, when there not deliverd during the time frame, roughly how late? (90mins late today) No Communication btwn the shop & customer! im 63 live on my own with epilepsy, they stressed me out so much i was i ll & had a seizure, so thanks for that co op, all bcos the shop couldn t be botherd to phone me & let me know, what was going on? & when i'd be getting my items, i had to phone the online service, cos i couldn t get through to the shop, it had a automated msge saying "were not taking any calls" 90mins later i was already having my epilepsy warnings, & ended up hurting myself..All bcos the co-op run a diabolical buisness, & have lack of communication with customers, when things go wrong! so thanks for ruining my day & causing me a seizure!! If they can t deliver food on time, with no explanation nor even an apology, dont depend on them turning up your house on time with a Coffin! GO ELSEWHERE!!
