"Seem unable to pick order correctly"
I like speed of delivery, but they seem unable to pick the order proprely. I stopped ordering bread as ever time I ask for 400g loaf the send an 800g - every single time! Today I ordered strawberries and got grapes instead. Not sure I will use the service again. Such a shame as it has potential.

I try never to shop at a Co-op (how is it called that - I have a membership card that makes it'll or no difference !) I live in NW London & the Co op is more expensive than any other supermarket in the area & many staff (not all) seem to be disinterested in helping customers - surely you can do better Co op!

My membership card has not shown a points balance for the best part of a year. I contacted coop to rectify this but didn't receive a response. Recently I applied for a new card which upon printing a receipt is showing a balance of 0.00 which does not make sense as I have not been able to use any points for the majority of this last year. Where have my points gone and why did co op not respond when I first raised a query?

The shop next to my house ( Reading -London Road store) has a guy with a blonde dirty kinda hair at the desk with such a dirty attitude and he feels even disgusted to be there. Why are you keeping this sort of people in this jobs when applying for one of your jobs criteria is to have customer skills?
He is the worst I ever come across, never seen anything like it . Rude, inappropriate and very disgusted to be there . Not saying hello, not having any skills whatsoever, his attitude is sooo poorly. I will never return

" Terrible customer service "
Customer service is deteriorating in the Chichester co-op. Self checkout does not work fully, the person responsible for the whole store at the checkout is trying to do 3-4 jobs around the store instead of serving customers. No one cares how many people are waiting.
Impolite and very slow, it seems like they don't care. Horrible.
