"co op in caistor not as nice as the…"

co op in caistor not as nice as the other shops staff gossip and queues are very long not much stock either in the shelves and i have noticed that the staff do not let you in if its bad weather outside few mins early some staff better then others blonde hair girl dont know her name looks very miserable some staff in caistor shop stand and talk. Karen is amazing though hats of to her amazing shop worker massive credit she does her job well and she is helpful

Management don't listen to customers or staff. They don't care or try to resolve any issues raised = Poor meat/fruit/veg quality, empty shelves/fridges/freezers but plenty of junk food. It no longer belongs to those who need/use it. No longer a member or a customer.

"Do I now need to learn another language?"

Deeside, Flintshire - Ordered over a dozen times this past few months and on every occasion the delivery driver has no idea where I am, even thought I include a full brief on the delivery instruction regarding exact location, and my mobile number to call me in case they need direction. Yes I eventually receive the order after 10 minutes or more of negotiations but today was the final straw. Tracker showed me the driver had arrived which of course they hadn't and I then, within 30 seconds of that message, receive a default message advising my delivery will be cancelled if I am not at home. After 5 messages from me to the driver with the instruction 'CALL ME' I then receive a flood of replies in Romanian. 10 'CALL ME and 'WHERE ARE YOU' texts later I give up and cancel the order for a refund. An absolute joke and although I have been impressed with the quality and product costs I am never using them again for home delivery. Complete waste of time.

"Northampton Semilong store"

Northampton Semilong store...ordered 10 items only 3 were delivered. Store doesn't answer calls from myself or the customer service team. After waiting 2 hours for delivery I'll get a refund for my items in 3/5 days. Some of the items were part of deals too so ill lose any discount on these promotions. Do not use co-op delivery, regularly mess up the orders and contacting the stores is impossible.

"Coop delivery "

Twice within seven days the coop have cancelled my delivery ( once not even letting me know I had to phone them) second time they did notify me but very shortly before delivery was due to arrive,... but NOT even a apology!! Both orders I received confirmation from coop and pay pal receipts, so NO issues my end.
They have left me having mobility issues, poor sight and poor hearing with no food in this cold weather. Really not happy wish I could give 0 stars.

"Want a decent supermarket. It's not the Co!"

If you thought the Co couldn't get worse think again.
I'll start with the usual: they hold the Highlands and Islands in a monopoly grip, no competition for them, so they don't care about customers. Oops not cuatomers 'owners'.
They charge whatever they want, because we have nowhere else to shop. Especially those on the islands.
They don't bother having full stock, and what stock they do have is priced however they please, because they don't need to be competitive when they're the only supermarket around.
So the stock thing, I order online at 0300hrs Friday morning. Half of what I want/need to order is 'out of stock'. Each week it's same story different items. For context I order from the same limited items each order. I'm not looking for lots of different things, just the basics. Last week , white rolls were out of stock. ALL white rolls. This week 4 Coop white rolls cost double the price of 6 Warburtons rolls! Since when did coop goods cost double named brands?
Anyway back to the online order. Half of what I want/need wasn't available. So I order what I can. I then go to the 'delivery slot. This is always fun. What time should I choose, they say I can have a 2hour slot. Oh. No I can't. They will deliver sometime in a TEN HOUR window. No that's not a typo. I mean TEN HOURS. Then there is the additional bit of fun, the track my delivery doesn't work for the Islands. Nor does the text they send to let you know your order has been delivered.
Remembering it is 0300hrs. My order, apparently is picked around 0700hrs, when the staff come in. I eventually get an email saying my order has been picked. However, some items are not available. Hang on. Where did they go? They were available to order, not listed with the rest of the 'out of stock' items. Where did they go when the store was closed? Did they head to the shore for a BBQ? Did they go mountain climbing or hillwalking? Yeah,,ridiculous I know BUT so is the Co.
My adventure hasn't finished yet. I wait in all day for the delivery. Sometimes it's as early as 1300hrs, sometimes it 1730hrs. Sometimes my delivery what there is of it arrives complete. Sometimes I have to phone the store to ask where half of it is. Then when I ask for them to send the rest of my delivery they "dont have the authority" to send the goods I paid for and they forgot to load/deliver, I "will have to phone customer service and ask for a refund, then re-order for the next delivery in 3 days time".
Oh hang on yes, the delivery. They arrive with the goods in plastic carrier bags. That they have charged me for. Well that's fair say you. Not when those goods, in carrier bags, are carried to my door in shopping crates. You know the ones. The ones that sensible people place their goods into directly, eliminating the need for carrier bags. So now I have my goods in plastic bags, in plastic crates. I did ask customer service, why? It's just what we do, was the reply. So I am paying for plastic bags I don't need nor want.
After all this the Co then has the cheek to send me a survey, asking if I will use them again and will I recommend them. I HAVE to use them, there is no-one else, if there was I and nearly everyone else in the Highlands and Islands wouldn't look your direction.
And they treat us like this whilst paying for adverts that highlight they are owned by us.

P.s The measure of a company is how it responds to complaints. You will note the Co has not allowed reviewers to alert them to the comments.

Beef in Blackbean sauce with egg fried rice probably the worst ready meal I have ever had. Totally tasteless and watery. I was starving so forced it down.

boring ppl with no creativity.....i ordered a ribeye steak....this so called ribeye steak from the coop had all the fat trimmed off.....any fool knows that part of the ribeye experience is the FAT.....so pathetic all these dull ppl had to do was to leave it alone.....its a boring piece of lean meat with not a lot of marbeling

"Fast delivery"

I had a Deliveroo order from their Merstham store. It was a fast delivery, all items available bar one and I got refunded for that. Think it helps if you don't order at busy times (ie lunchtime/school finish times). People forget the picker/packers have to work at these times. Delivery man was very polite as well. Recommend.
