"What rip-off !!"

What rip-off !!! So the co-ops own brand cat-food Chicken flavor per box of 8 tubs was £2.50. It was really popular and was always selling out. So now apparently they have discontinued or re-branded that particular box of cat-food even though it was really popular in our local shop. Now it has a blue box (no-longer the black box it was originally and now its £4.50 not £2.50. I am getting sick of these disgusting price increases. I spoke to one of the people that work at the co-op and they admit that unfortunately it is happening a lot with various products in their store at the moment. I thought Co-op was created for the people of the UK !!!!! DISGUSTING!!!

"Bad delivery experience and poor customer service"

I placed an order and only half came to me (which I refused), the other half went to some thieving person. Never had groceries in two parts! How is it that no-one realised I refused to take the order despite speaking to someone at the store? What did the delivery person do with the items I refused to take? I got an email from customer services which said my order had been delivered - they clearly had not made proper enquiries. Mostly my deliveries have been OK, but when they're not, the outcome is spectacular and not in a good way.

Bought a ready washed salad pack today for the very last time!!! Tomatoes still had the stems on them also 70% lettuce in the pack!! Your just being ripped off! Don't trust anything from any shop or supermarket where food is concerned!!! What a crap world we live in today!!! Trust no one my friend!!!!!!!!!!

"Co Op Drighlington Misleading pricing "

Co Op Drighlington - continuously misselling products - one price on the shelf or a member price yet when it comes to the checkout the price is buimped back to the higher price - when challenged staff are rude and refuse to even check or remove tthe ticket to show the right price not sure how much theyve made doing this but by my experience its a pretty sum

I won't be using the co-op online service I had cancelled my order due to it being two hours late and then it arrives 4 hours later after I cancelled it after 10 p.m at night driver demanding take it set arguing with the driver whilst my dogs are going crazy in my house I won't be using this service as I was charged for this ridiculous

scammed online for £800 for flight I asked co-op for the money back won't give money back. because they're insured I've asked a lot of people and I lost a lot of banks it's insured they won't give him the money back over times I've been scammed online odd bits and didn't get them money back the odd bits money back.. is one of the worstest Banks.

"Shocking customer service; even the Executive office don't care"

Issues with delivery, orders being left outside and stolen. Charged for items I've never received, but no refund.

Emailed Executuve office and they've yet to resolve a simple issue. If the Executive office doesn't care about its customers, then there's something wrong with those at the top; staff are only as good as those who lead them, so it's no surprise there's issues with orders when the Executive members ignore complaints. Truly shocking company.

A report has been made to Trading Standards.

What really annoys me is that The Co-op is on Trustpilot yet really doesn’t care about any issues or anything like that ????
Why because there staff really do not care one bit.
So as of this week will be shopping elsewhere
