"Absolute joke of a company"
Absolute joke of a company. They refuse yo remove the Covid screens and the one in my town is a nightmare as you have to.crouch down and put your arm in fully to take your goods. In which I have had several nips in my skin doing so. As the staff are unhelpful. Every other shop have now removed these screens there is no need for them now. I can assure you if I ever receive a big enough nip that causes it to tear and gets infected I'm will definitely be seeing a solicitor. As I have asked for them to be removed.

Co-op have now stopped rewards. We relied on that every Christmas. Now nothing. We were just about to get the Co-op to make our wills. Sorry Co-op you've lost us. Looking elsewhere now

I informed the East of England Co op, via an online form, that their incoming emails contain an invitation to reply but, when you do, the message comes up 'Postmaster / un-deliverable'. So then, in came another email from a Co-op customer services agent, who wrote:
"Sorry you are having issues getting in touch with us by e-mail.
Please can you e-mail us the message ..."

Firstly, they charged you £1 for a loyalty card. Soon, they won't give you points for it or money off.
Next, if you need to return an item, not all Co-op stores will accept it!!! Even if unopened & with receipt.
Thirdly, absolutely atrocious customer service. If something goes wrong, you will be even lucky to talk to someone. Then, if you ask for your money back for bad food, you'd literally be better off talking to the Home Office! They send you a million emails & ask million questions & even then you are not guaranteed.
Plus their prices are much higher & they have a limited range.

Nearly been in hold for 30minutes trying to query why I can't set up a digital account to view my banking details....not a good journey for a brand new customer.
Your automated service..."thank you for your patience you are moving forwards in the queue" this is infuriating.
Leaving Barclay Card to come to Co.Op doesn't feel like it was a good idea.
