"Extremely poor service"
Extremely poor service. I placed an order and paid in advance. I was given a tracking link for my delivery. When the delivery person arrived, he simply said that he had nothing to give me. I have had no communication from Coop. I tried to telephone them but was told that the lines were not functioning. I shall never use co-op again.

"Co op and tesco"
Co op and tesco. Two shops that claim to reward your loyalty by charging double the price for basic daily items if you dont use your data collection loyalty card.
Such transparent scaming is an insult to us. There is no reason for the price hikes, the supermarkets are being duly investigated.
Farmers are not seeing any share of the price increases either.
Normal people in a rush home who just want milk for a cup of tea can now use their buying power to vote these corrupt practises out of existance. We can stick to local shops and businesses who have a real face and heart rather than ice hearted cold galiaths who are poisening our children and ravashing our commuity while charging us extra too.....
Co op make a habit of buying all property near its shops so that no local businesses can rival them. Then they diversify their products undercutting local butchers and grocers until they go bust then charging us higher prices for the choices THEY took away through monopoly.
If co-op sell coffee they refuse coffee shops permission to rent nearby taking our community meet up places away from us.
Co-op used to project community inspired values. Now it employs special staff for two hours a week that ARE virtuous to do occasional communoty projects to promote great human values, While they systematically abuse consumer rights at an increasing level day by day behind the scenes.
Co-ops manipulation of the market is abuse of power especially while maskerading behind 'MEMBERSHIP LOYALTY'. Membership loyalty indeed- what a farce!
This is our local reminder of why our british communitues are in decline. Our values broken down by corporate greed.
Being deseminated by corporate companies maskerading as local ones.........
I'll be boycotting both supermarkets from now on. You have both lost my custom.....

"Branch loosing money"
Had to travel to get to the Ickenham branch, its stated as closing at 10pm - Unfortunately the staff their have a habit of locking the door around 9:45pm. This is like the third time I have encountered this at this branch so I felt compelled to leave a review.
Attended yesterday: 17/11/2023
Co-op please don't take m work for it, simply check you CCTV. Add up all those 15 minutes and think about how much revenue you have lost due to the culture at this branch. Wont be coming back... are other stores like this?

"Here there and everywhere"
Went to purchase several birthday cards this morning ( trying to shop local) 3 assistants totally ignored me as they was placing the newspapers so went to the self serve and the cards scanned but did not recognise the weight asked a further assistant if she could help for the assistant to ask the other assistant whom totally ignored me to clear the self serve to then be informed I have to pay for the cards at the original counter I was at. Come on coop get either customer training focused on or employ better quality of staff

"The Coop Lee is ridiculously…"
The Coop Lee is ridiculously overpriced. £4.15 for a tin of corned beef which is a staple for most people who rely on food banks. Is there a limit to this greedy company asking for more money under a guise of convenience? The service is full of teenagers who clearly don't want to work there and the produce isn't fresh. Garlic had sprouts growing out of them.

"Product price labelling on shelves is…"
Product price labelling on shelves is misleading.
The item price on the shelf was £2.50 but when I went to the checkout the assistant said it was £3.25.
When I queried this, he said the price on the shelf label is the clubcard price and I was being charged more because I hadn't got a card.
I said this was not made clear at all. Put me off going there again.

"Co-op at Old Sarum Salisbury"
Co-op at Old Sarum Salisbury. Hot deli counter say "ANY 2 for 3£" by couter normal price. When member of staff asked she said it apply to only one particular item. So why say ANY !?? False advertising. Not recommended. Not necessary stres in the morning.
