coop meal deal is the best faken scran ever. always buy one wheneve i go to coop. but FOUR QUID for a meal deal is taking the pess. they used to be 3 quid. and they dont even do the 3 for a pound sweets anymore. SORT IT OOT COOP I AM A DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER.

"Useless"
Suffering from serious respiratory infection and socially isolating, so put in a grocery order last night for delivery today, Saturday,10-12. Money was debited straight away, with a 10% surcharge for 'substitutions'.
Order never arrived. When I followed the link through to the inquiry website and reported that the order hadn't arrived, it became clear that the site isn't staffed!!! So I've had to cancel my order but I bet the Co Op will hang onto my money for weeks.

I placed this order and it never arrived.
I made two phone calls to chase it up and requested cancellation online as advised
The order still has not been refunded.
I had to place the order with another supermarket, therefore now am short of money.
I have disabilities as do my children therefore this service is invaluable to me.
I have no idea when the refund will happen and

As for the fuel there the most expensive in crewe they was my local garage till 2 years ago never been there since just totally conning us like we're fools.. just shame I can't do one fir the shell.beside them there even worse

"Darlington Co-op"
Just visited one of the several Co-op shops in Darlington today, and a very mediocre experience. Passing over the delay caused by the removal of a large coffee vending machine through the front door rather than the back, other obvious failings apart from the sky-high prices - which far exceed other shops (I only go if I need something urgently) - are:
a. no cough sweets of any make in stock, nor any other kind of boiled sweet;
b. confectionery in general arranged shambolically - I counted six locations in the shop
c. bread shelves still being stocked at nearly midday when the deliveries are made hours earlier as one can see lorries arriving
d. open chiller cabinet doors (or to be more accurate, missing doors), threatening hygiene and wasting energy
e. the over-sensitive self-service tills, making every transaction a gamble
f. ridiculously small reductions in the short-dated sales items - why not reduce by more and get rid of them quicker?
g. differences between price labels for bread rolls and prices charged at the till - of course, the latter are higher

"Yet again a delivery that never turned…"
Yet again a delivery that never turned up. Payment taken, emails confirming order and then another email received to confirm my order was picked and packed. However no delivery made! I now have to wait as no customer service handlers available during the weekend. This is not the first time!! I have a child with special needs so I am unable to just pop out, so delivery is my only option. If my order is picked and packed, where is it and why is this not noticed at the store, if it’s still there? Or why is it not noticed when there is no record of delivery. Absolutely terrible service!

"Pricier than M&S"
Went to the shop in Fishponds Bristol to use the in-store Post Office. I needed bread, milk and fruit. Very surprised at the prices. Went elsewhere. Oh and their Co Op membership advert is so annoying. Seems to me that even with the miniscule reductions it's still more expensive than other places.

Ordered through Uber eats. And missing item again this is at least the 4th time, is there no one checking before the items are packed, there must be a list to work from and tucked off , Coop store IVER high street
