"Rude team leader If i could give no stars i would i went…"

If i could give no stars i would i went into coop on bramley road and the staff team leader was bery rude and unhelpful. The team leader didnt want to help then i heard her say to her colleague that i was stupid and i said to her who you call stupid you are and she went in a aggressively mood and argumentative towards me am a local resident of that area and is not good especially being rude in store towards me she even swear at me so i left and i will be making a full complaint to head of coop. Your staff needs training on csc and no matter what coop staff u not engage in a argument with customers. That team leader needs to be looked at. The worse coop and staff i will never use that store again.

"Cash sales only at kiosk"

Friendly, polite and helpful staff...BUT..Cash sales only at kiosk, resulting in long queues of mainly pensioners, sometimes with trolleys full of goods, waiting while others are served with tobacco products, lottery items, paypoint etc. Standard checkouts standing idle almost continuously for 2 years, apparently due to staff shortages!. For 2 years?
Date of experience?..Every time!

"I have not received my delivery from…"

I have not received my delivery from Mac Donald road it shou have been here at the least 2 hours ago, now this has happened before and I thought I would give them another try thinking it’s just a 1 off , the reason I do online is because I can’t get out , I have tried phoning for over 30 minutes and it keeps going on to a voicemail that tells you that you can’t leave a message,I will be calling the head office as I don’t think they would like this type of service

"They stole my skittles"

The fried horse was good. But I ran into an old man and he stole my skittles!!! 😡😡Nine of your workers ran to help but they were all too slow and couldn't catch him. You owe me some giant skittles. Good job on the horse tho. Also someone kidnapped my 2yr old whilst I was there. 😢😢 GET ME MY SKITTLES!!!!

"Membership card doesn't work"

Membership card doesn't work, I get weekly money off coupons and there's always a problem. The money never comes off and the useless untrained staff dont know what to do. To complain you have to fill in a lengthy form! Bloody ridiculous. Poor customer service. I have chucked my card in the bin and will be using a different store.

"Beware of going to the co op"

I think the co op is a terrible organisation because they care more about making money than looking after their staff and customers recently there has been people stealing and using threatening behaviour a pensioner was attacked in the West Hendon store was reported to co op nothing has been done today a man came in the store tried to steal bottle of alcohol and threatened staff the co op claim to be a charity organisation looking after customers the only thing the co op is interested in is making money from charity shame on them

"The honest value garden peas are…"

The honest value garden peas are honestly terrible. There's so many that stay hard and tasteless I'm sure they take dried out out of date ones and add them to the new bags. If it's honest value and 40p cheaper than the other bags surely it should honestly be actual value?? They're minging. I'd pay the extra for the other peas but if this is their version of honest value I don't wanna risk it. I'm really unhappy cause I bought 4 bags of them with uber eats and don't believe in waste. But I will stay clear of coop from now on. Even the branded stuff seems off.

"Co-Operative in name only"

I've been shopping at two of the more rural based Mid-Counties Co-op for the last couple of years and I've lost all respect for the brand. There are some kind and friendly regular staff, who must have an uphill battle, but I've also seen and heard some of the worst examples of customer service played out on the shop floor. The price gouging on named brands, that are more expensive than in the nearest town's Waitrose, is truly unbelievable in the current financial situation. Then there're the larger company issues like ignoring their members' views on animal welfare, taking away collected points from shoppers to give to as an unspecified 'charity donation' with absolutely no warning or consultation (you need to spend more than £1000 before you can retain points when using a membership card) and spending who knows what amount on relaunching/rebranding an app that worked well enough to something that is unusable due to it being a front to loading web pages instead. All of this speaks of a company run into the ground for profit and not for the benefit of customers or members.

"Ambleside let down by rude and uncaring staff"

We’re staying in the Lake District and today I visited the Co Op in Ambleside.
I used the self service till and needed assistance as it scanned an item twice. The light was flashing red but there was no one around to help. In the end I asked the assistant at the till for assistance. She was really rude and made it obvious she thought I was a nuisance.
We have such lovely friendly service from the staff in our local co op but this was not the same. So Linda in Ambleside, I hope I’ve just caught you on a bad day.
