This company will happily take your money, never send you your test, and then be impossible to communicate with to get a refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered and paid for tests on 4th Nov. Got ref number emailed so went on holiday next day. Got back 10 days later and no package on doormat. Contacted Them by email and they said that it must have been lost by the Royal Mail and would get replacement out. 5 days later still no package so can't do test. Tried ringing but not taking phone calls. Emailed them asking for refund if no kit but not heard anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The kit arrived late because they dispatched it late, have tried to make contact and had no response. Just another scam to get money from people for travelling.

No tests kits arrived for myself and my husband. Phone says only taking email queries so emailed but no response in 3 days yet. Haven’t been able to do the 2 day test.

It’s clearly a scammer at work. Take warning of all the reviews and do not order from this company.

It’s a scam, theft and no one is going to stop them as it’s all a con to make money.

"Cannot be real"

16 days since a Day 2 test was ordered, no response to countless emails and calls.

Fully appreciate that they may have been inundated with orders since the PCR necessity relaxing, but the fact a generic email hasn't been sent (judging by all the reviews) to inform customers of the issues suggest this is either a single person operation spun up to make some quick cash or it's a scam, either way essentially theft.

"Appalling service from start to finish"

Appalling service from start to finish. My test didn’t arrive addressed to me - was sent to my partner (we paid for our own tests and postage) once I submitted the result which was positive for covid I got certification back 24hours later (email said shortly you will receive) and told me I was negative and didn’t need to isolate. Waste of money and awful service.
