"AVOID Total Scam Artists"

Ordered tests, didn't arrive.

I chased and was promised delivery. The tracking still says Royal Mail is waiting delivery from supplier.

No response from company. Resorting to a chargeback.

"What a dreadful customer service…"

What a dreadful customer service experience. I ordered a product from Rainbow Labs and cancelled the order after 15 minutes in line with their cancellation policy. They have now charged my credit card and dispatched the order despite numerous attempts to contact them. Not having a working phone number is a massive red flag. I have wasted a lot of time chasing this up and sending numerous emails and now having to get my bank involved to raise a dispute. AVOID!

"Never received anything not even a…"

Never received anything not even a reference number for the locator form although they took the money. I’ve emailed them several time re a refund but have received nothing. Definitely would not recommend this company.

"Unreliable"

It took them 36 hours to send me my test certificate, long after my scheduled flight departure and much longer than the 6 hours they say on their website. I emailed support twice and received nothing aside from '"it's coming soon." The first time I used their service, the certificate came in 3 minutes. Unreliable...

"Took my money & ran"

Ordered a day 2 lateral flow test 3 weeks ago. It never arrived and was never dispatched. I called multiple times, they now have an automated message saying they are not answering phone calls. I’ve emailed multiple times and never received a response. Took my money and ran.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I ordered a 2 day LFT 4 weeks before I travelled, nothing arrived after 2 weeks so I chased rainbow labs to be told the item had been lost in the post and they would send another. a few days before I travelled I still had no test kit so I chased them again and they told me the second kit had also been lost and supplied me with a tracking number which was identical to the first kit.

My wife also made a separate order and her kit was also lost. they also provided her with the same tracking number even though it was a different order.

We have been back 2 days now and still neither of us have our LFT kits we both ordered and paid for 4 weeks ago.

This company should not be on the government recommended list.

"Disgusting company"

After the most recent sudden change from lateral flows to PCRs for anyone returning to the UK from abroad, Rainbow have refused to refund already purchased day 2 lateral flows or upgrade them to PCRs. What a pathetic company preying on anyone who needs to travel. Avoid.

A perfect experience. Received test next working day and reference for locator form. I followed the instructions in uploading results and received my certificate the same day. Cant fault them. Thanks

"Subpar. Try another company."

The service was definitely subpar. I picked up my first test from Earl’s Court without issue. I got a negative result and uploaded the photo. An auto-response email said that the test was successfully received and that I would get a certificate in 0-6 hours but if I did not receive it in 24 hours, to call or email. I did not get the certificate within 26 hours, so I called and received a voicemail indicating that they aren’t accepting phone calls anymore and to instead email, which I did. After not hearing back from my email, I decided to upload the test again. Within a few more hours I finally had my certificate. Hard to say if it was the result of my email or my second upload.

I purchased another test to exit the country and had it shipped to my hotel. I ordered before noon as indicated but it did not ship in a timely manner. It ended up taking more than 48-hours to reach me, not 24. After 24 hours I was worried it would not come on time (correct assumption) and since I had issues getting my certificate the first time, I decided to go Earl’s Court to pick up a test so that I would have ample time for my certificate. This time the certificate only took a few hours to come in, so I was able to exit the country without hassle.
The whole experience caused unnecessary anxiety.

"All was OK for me"

I’ve used this company twice now, both times for a day 2 antigen test collected from the hotel at Earl’s Court. Received code promptly to put on my Passenger Locator Form. Got results certificate back in a few hours. No complaints from me
