I have to agree with all of the bad reviews. I tried to upload my test on the website. It would NOT recognise my valid address. I called but they do not answer calls. I e-mailed 3 times but nothing. This company says they return e-mails in 24 hours. Nope! They just never respond!!!!!

Not available by phonecalls, no answering emails within 24h, doesn’t give result of the test. Have the feeling Scammers site.
My wife is waiting for 26 hours for the document (test is showing clearly negative, but no documentation is send)

Never received the results of my test cost £18.00 asked for a refund still waiting should have chosen a different company

"Day 2 test kit not received...emails not responded"
Ordered the Day 2 test for my wife and me on 16th Nov for our arrival on 19th Nov. Still we have not received the Day 2 test kit. Initial response to the email was a royal mail tracking number which for last 3 days has not changed the status saying that "This item is on its way to Royal Mail.
The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us." We have lost our money. Calling is not an option, have been writing emails to the support@ email address. Just getting the auto response. Government should remove them from the list immediately.

"I took a day two test with this…"
I took a day two test with this company, and despite the photo showing two very clear lines, they issued me with a negative certificate. I had complained and asked they issued the correct certificate, and have heard nothing. I seriously question the competence of this organisation, and have since contacted the UK Health Security Agency having having flagged to UKAS who are now monitoring this organisation.

"Avoid this company"
I ordered and paid for a day 2 antigen covid test. I haven't received the test, no response to my email and no refund. Truly appaling service, not only to have to pay for those tests that we can get for free from the NHS but to know those private labs are taking advantage of the situation by ripping us off. The NHS would deserve this money far more than those. I have now submitted a complaint to Gov.uk and hopefully something will be done to get rid of all those useless private labs.

Over 20 days since ordered and paid for a 2 day Anti gen test no response on calls automated messages to mail and not a response other than an automated mail saying they will respond usually within 24 hours
I have requested a refund and guess what no response
This company has no scruples and is in my opinion nothing more than an entity to obtain money by deception Trust pilot should remove them as should the Government from their list of accredited Labs

Rubbish, no active phone line. Haven’t yet responded to my email after 4 days to answer a simple question, as a result we have had to spend money & purchase another test. Considering this is a government approved service it’s embarrassing

Bad. I ordered a PCR test and paid £75, they sent me an Antigen test instead which really screwed with my plans.

Day 2 test arrived on Day 4 which was too late.
Rainbow Labs did in all fairness respond to my email, but as soon as I asked for a refund they conveniently stopped responding.
Phone line goes unanswered too.
