"No certificate on Fit to Fly PCR Test"
I ordered Fit to Fly PCR test, tests arrived safely and promptly... BUT ... the labs delayed the results causing me to miss my flight costing £900 as I had no PCR certificate. I still have no way of obtaining the certificate after sending 7 emails to support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

"Completely useless"
Completely useless. I ordered a Day 2 test almost a week before travelling abroad. They sent a confirmation email with a reference number and took payment from my debit card. But no test arrived. I flew out assuming it would arrive during my two weeks away. Nothing received in that time. Luckily I had already ordered a test from another company who did deliver on time. I sent an email asking why nothing was received. No response other than an automated reply saying they should reply in 24 hours. A company to avoid in future.

I ordered my antigen test, which was supposed to arrive the next day. I bought it 20 days ago, and still haven't received it! They simply stopped answering my emails, and decided not take phone calls for their costumer service. So they made themselves completely unreachable, and I'm dependent on them to travel abroad! Just ridiculous.

"I would not recommend"
Very disappointed that after recent rule change saying you needed a PCR day 2 test (and we had ordered lateral flow tests from them) they would neither refund or offer credit against ordering PCR tests. Nearly every other traveller we spoke to using other companies had been better treated and had received refunds or credits. So I would not use them again or recommend them.

DREADFUL EXPERIENCE...do not use this dreadful company.
Ordered two tests, only one arrived, despite very many repeated attempts by email and phone, over a three week period, unable to contact them!
After the terrible reviews how they are still on the approved list is completely beyond me.

Like many other reviews on this site I am having a dreadful experience with Rainbow Labs. Order the 2 day PCR test to use after travelling and it arrived the next day so no problem there. Did the test last Thursday and posted it off. Husband did test at the same time and posted together. He got his result on Saturday but I am still waiting (Tuesday). Cannot contact by phone and no replies to the six or seven emails we have sent so far. I have been back for almost a week, have no symptoms, have had a negative lateral flow test but still I can't go out. I have to miss my booster shot tomorrow and my flu jab on Thursday so I am incredibly unhappy. Having to resort to taking another test or I might still be having to self isolate until next year!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

"Poor service"
Ordered lateral flow tests for day 2 testing. Arrived before hol no problem however rules changed so we ordered pcr tests to do instead on return. It took 6 days for these tests to arrive and by then had already been home 4 days. Had to use an alternative otherwise by the time we did the test and returned it we would have been isolating for over a week at best . When we realised tests still had not been dispatched we tried to cancel to be told that they had been dispatched but clearly hadn’t according to Royal Mail tracking. I have tried to get some money refunded but emails are now not being replied to. Looking at other reviews it seems non of this is unusual . Avoid!!!

"Mixed experiences"
Ordered lateral flow tests before going on holiday. Arrived as expected, with ref numbers for passenger locator form.
Rules then changed while we were away, so ordered PCR tests, which arrived just before we got home.
So far, so good. But we have now been waiting 4 days (from the day the company received the completed tests) for a result. Have emailed, but no response.
I suspect their labs have been overwhelmed by demand after the rules changed. It would be helpful for them to put something on their website to explain this.
