I urge everybody that has had a similar experience to report this company to coronavirus-business-complaint.service.gov.uk
Steer well away from this company! We ordered two Day 2 PCR tests before arriving in the UK. When we arrived (15th December), one of the boxes was missing the tests. I sent urgent emails requesting them to send a new test (I was concerned as the day 2 has to be completed within the two days from arrival). After 5 days they sent an email saying they would send a replacement test - as I'd given up on Rainbow by this point and the lack of response to several emails I had got a test through another company. I emailed Rainbow back saying not to send a replacement and that I'd like a refund instead. They sent me a replacement anyway and are now refusing to refund on the basis that I have now received the test (arrived on 22nd, a week after we arrived). In the mean time we are still waiting the results on the test for my daughter which did arrive and which we sent off on 15th December (they acknowledge they received it on 17th). Again, we have now had a new test through another company (we received the results from that company within 24 hours) and again they are refusing to refund the cost of this test even though we are still waiting on the result over a week later. Had we waited for Rainbow we would still have to be self isolating and would not be able to visit sick family which was the purpose of this trip.

It took 6 days to get a PCR result so I wasn't able to go back to work on my return to the uk. Tried emailing and phoning to no avail. I will never use this company again

It’s a fake company. Phone no does not work. They don’t respond emails. I waited for results but never arrived.

Paid £50 for a Day 2 PCR test - it was delivered to them on Saturday - it is now Wednesday still no result. They do not answer any e-mails. Complete rip off. I am going out tomorrow whatever. Making money from Covid - absolutely disgusting!!!!! No morals whatsoever! I hope they contract it, and rid the world of their money-grabbing immoral kind!!!! Not happy (in case you hadn't guessed)

Complete scam, please avoid
My test arrived and I posted it back. Now their website won't accept the test activation form, there is no one on the phone or the customer support email. Total waste of time.

Ordered a day 2 pcr test kit 10 days in advance and the kit was never delivered and every time I emailed customer support they replied with automated message. How can the NHS team up with crooks and rob you. No working phone number. Don’t order total scam

Be aware they advertise next day delivery and my test for example took one week to arrive ( mainland UK), when it was too late. No working phone number, no refund. Don’t understand how can they be on the government’s list?! Would stay away from this company!

"Totally hopeless service"
Totally hopeless service - followed all the advice, submitted my 2-day test immediately on arrival. After 5 days still no response of any kind. Checking out other reviews - looks like I am not the only one. How can the NHS / UK authorities permit such a scam??!!!

"Disappointing customer service"
I had ordered a day 2 test kit just a day before my travel and as per the rainbow labs website, it should have been dispatched the next day (Friday) but the website showed the status as "Awaiting Processing" and there were no mails as well that would help track the kit or status of the order. Upon arrival, I tried reaching them via a customer support number that never works. I was supposed to take my Day-2 test on Sunday but the Kit arrived on Tuesday and I had to choose another provider to get my test done.
When asked for a refund, I got a reply that the order has been dispatched and we will not be able to do a refund. Really disappointing experience.

"Its a Scam Company"
Please do not order your test through this company, its a total scam. Tests arrive promptly but you send them off and you don't hear from them again. No test results, test certificates nothing. They just take your money and run to the hills laughing.
Support are useless; They reply within 24hours (to appease auditors no doubt) apologise for the inconvenience but offer no attempt to chase or refund. You don't hear from them again after the initial reply.
